La casa de David tiene una ubicación perfecta frente a la playa, eso la hace única. Todos los días iba un personal hacer el aseo de todas las áreas incluyendo la piscina. La volvería a rentar definitivamente.

Casa Makai was a true jungle paradise! The house itself was beautifully designed, even better than the photos, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor space was amazing, perfect for relaxing in the hammock. It's a short 10min walk to Playa Maderas (great for surfing) and 3 min walk to Buena Vista Surf Club (excellent yoga). Laura was a fantastic host, very accommodating. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Agua Grande was one of a kind. The home was beautiful, clean, spacious, and had stunning views. The caretakers Magali and Javier were attentive, very kind, and so helpful. They made our stay so much more special with cooking local dishes for meals, to getting fresh produce and groceries and even 2 delicious birthday cakes— going as far as to hide them in the downstairs refrigerator before my husband ever saw them. They even prepared the fish we caught on a catamaran for dinner—such a labor of love for a large fish. They kept the home and grounds spotless, did laundry, and by the end of the trip felt like family. We wouldn’t change any detail of our stay aside from wishing we could have stayed longer! So grateful to have come across this listing, and will remember our time in Nicaragua fondly thanks in part to our stay at Agua Grande.

Our group of 8 travelers could not have been more happy with our stay at Adam's place. The view is beautiful, the pool and amenities made it hard to leave. It was our first time in Nicaragua, and Xiomara was extremely helpful and responsive with any questions. We had 3 meals prepared for the group, and each was better than the last. Cannot find anything to say about this place that isn't wonderful!

¡Una experiencia increíble en Playa Maderas! El lugar es muy bonito, rodeado de naturaleza y con una vista espectacular. La cabina estaba impecable, muy bonita y cómoda, perfecta para descansar. La piscina es excelente y se disfruta muchísimo, sobre todo al atardecer. El host fue muy amigable y siempre atento a todo lo que necesitáramos. La atención en general fue de primera. Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver.

Estuvimos muy agusto, todo se corresponde como está descrito en la información. Es un lugar absolutamente precioso delante del mar. Conseguimos la tranquilidad que deseábamos y Roger se mostró muy amable y comunicativo desde el momento de nuestra llegada.

Corrin e Jacq foram anfitriões excepcionais. Sempre presentes e super diligentes. A casa, por sua vez, é perfeita: excelente localização, equipada com tudo com o que você precisa (e mais um pouco) e extremamente confortável e agradável. Foi uma experiência incrível, que recomendo a todos (especialmente a quem surfa, tendo em vista as duas ondas “world class” localizadas dentro do condomínio).

Súper agradecida. Mike siempre estaba atenta a mis preguntas y necesidades. Apartamento súper limpio . Iguana es un lugar que llena cualquier expectativa.

Good space, very relaxing, coffee maker so easy to use even I could figure it out.

The apartment was beautiful and had absolutely stunning views. Everything was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped with all the utensils we needed, which made the whole experience super comfortable and convenient. The space felt cozy and welcoming—just like being at home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and scenic place to stay in San Juan del Sur. Would love to come back!

La ubicación es excelente, Jason y Claudia fueron super amables, el apartamento es muy cómodo, igual a como se muestra en las fotos. Hay espacio de parqueo pero debes pagar un adicional para poder usarlo.

Great location, the apartment is exactly what I thought it would be, clean, nice, stylish, organized. Benjamin is very responsive and friendly! Can’t complain! I come often to SJDS and definitely will be back at this place! I recommend it 1000%

Maria’s place was amazing, the view of San Juan del Sur bay was absolutely beautiful! She was incredibly communicative and attentive, always making sure we were comfortable and well-informed. We especially appreciated her guidance on electricity use, which helped us stay within the daily budget, very helpful given how energy costs work locally. Her recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and she was always ready to help. Thank you, Maria, for being such a thoughtful and welcoming host!

Paul’s place was so lovely & spacious for us, we absolutely loved the open kitchen/lounge and balcony views. Everything very clean! Beds were SO comfortable, we had great nights sleeping there. The pool was also lovely & we were the only ones using it. It’s about 10-15 mins walk to town and easy to get cheap taxi’s back. Theres a small shop nearby for essentials. The only tiny downside was the WiFi was quite intermittent at times with all 4 of us using it, but this is to be expected in Nicaragua & we weren’t that bothered! Lovely stay and would love to stay again in the future!

This place is very cozy, comfortable and has an awesome balance of being modern, yet simplistic.

Great location on Rancho. Very spacious. Clean. Kitchen moderately stocked- cooked breakfast there every morning looking at the waves! Loved being near the pool but still being able to see the water. Balcony was great. Would 100% come back!

El alojamiento estaba en perfectas condiciones, muy cómodo, a solo pasos de la playa, los propietarios son muy amables y responden muy rápido cualquier duda. Para tomar en cuenta en el futuro, en el complejo hay 1 sola piscina para los 3 apartamentos, los propietarios viven ahí mismo, y aunque un automóvil puede ingresar por la calle, sí es mejor llegar con carro alto. Por lo demás, la estadía estuvo muy placentera.

Great spot, the apartment was perfect with a great view and walking distance to everything. Nolan was excellent and Alba was amazing. If I had a question they both answered in less than 2-5 min and resolved right away. It was our first time to Nicaragua, thank you for making it easy for us and we will be back.
