We would like to welcome you to "Maggie's Place" in Paremata. The entry level has the laundry and a bathroom. There are 8 steps down to a spacious modern living area and kitchen. From the entry level there are 8 stairs up to the two bedrooms master bedroom with ensuite . There are lovely walks in the area and we are minutes away from the picturesque Pauatahanui inlet. It is just a short trip to beaches, cafes, supermarket, bars and shops. We are around 23km drive to Wellington City.

Exclusive use of the top floor of this new home, including queen bedroom, guest lounge with tv, fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, and full bathroom. Both armchairs in the guest lounge fold out to super comfortable single spring beds. If you are two people who prefer to have separate beds, please let me know. There is a $25 extra charge per week, or part thereof, to cover the extra laundry. Guests over 16 only to preserve quiet overnight hours. Friendly house cat in residence.

Plimmerton is a 25 minute drive away from Wellington and a 30 minute train ride to Kapiti or Wellington.
