A fantastic place close to Porsgrunn's bathing areas. The closest one is just down the street from the house. Røra bathing area is further out towards the mountain village, where simple meals, wine and pils are served. Food and drinks are also available at Olavsberget/ Olavskroa (path behind the marina) in addition, there are many nice small beaches and bathing areas. Right in front of the house is Olavsberget with its diving towers and footbridge over to the cat island, where a gapahuk is set up for hikers. porch with lots of sun. heat pump installed.

There is lots to enjoy at this historic farm in beautiful surroundings. The barn house from the 1700s is situated in Porsgrunn city centre, and everything you need is within walking distance. The big 3-bedroom apartment is fully furnished in classic old Norwegian style. You can enjoy the evening sun in this green space during spring and summer, or light the fire in one of two fireplaces while watching the snow outside the window. Private parking and internet included.

First floor in two floor house and very quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to food store, shopping mall, recreation area and bus stop. You can walk to everything, train station, cinema, city hall, the river, bars, restaurants etc. The apartment is located on the first floor of a charming Jugend villa from 1910. The apartment has two big bedrooms and one small bedroom. It also has a sofa in the living room that can transform into a very comfortable double bed.
