The apartment, bright, is nestled upstairs under sloping ceilings (limited height), bedroom on one side and equipped kitchen on the other. On the ground floor: independent entrance hall including the private shower room. The ground floor includes a common space with another cottage.

Ty Ni is an old barn that has become a comfortable tiny house of thirty square meters full of charm and ideally located. 6 minutes' walk from the tram and buses, you will quickly reach the Arena, the city center or the Technopole. Just a little further away is the harbor and the typical port of Maison Blanche. Whether you come to Brest for work, for a concert or for a few days of vacation, Ty Ni is the ideal anchor to discover Brest, the Iroise region and northern Finistère.

You will have a living room with everything you need for cooking, a shower room on the ground floor, upstairs a beautiful bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, 1 toilet. Bed linen and towels provided. Wood-burning stove (50 dm3 possible to order at time of booking for an additional €17).

The Tour d'Auvergne parking lot is located in front of the apartment, which is ideal for scheduling a departure to the islands of Ouessant or Molène (parking shuttle <> pier). Breakfast not provided. Small, charming, refurbished penthouse, about 40 m2 composed of a mezzanine with double bed + 1 extra bed, equipped with Wi-Fi, a living room with wood-burning stove, a kitchen equipped with coffee maker, kettle, microwave, traditional oven, induction stove, a washing machine and a bathroom, (sink, shower), sheets and towels are provided, with its 35 m2 enclosed garden where you will find garden furniture, deckchairs and BBQ.

You'll love my place because of its original decor, its location 5-minute walk to the beach and quiet. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and four-legged friends, the garden being enclosed. Extra charge for sheets and towels, packages of 15.00 euros for 2 people and 5 euros per additional person Electricity and water are extra, house equipped with a heat pump for heating.
