We've stayed here a number of times before with visiting Port, never felt the need to look anywhere else - so that in itself speaks volumes. Handy location, right near the beach and an easy drive into the centre of town.

The apartment was exactly as described and in the photos. The location is beautiful and right on the beach which was our criteria for the weekend. We were blessed with beautiful weather and enjoyed relaxing at the bar style seating on the balcony. The attention to detail made our stay comfortable - milk in the fridge for a much needed cup of tea on arrival, plugs on both sides of the bed for easy phone charging, tissues provided in the bathroom and a comfortable bed with huge pillows just a few of the touches we appreciated. We didn't cook so can't comment, but the kettle worked fine and the mugs were nice and big!

Everything was set up so well. The hot tub was operating and ready when we arrived, the heating was on. Just terrific!

Great place with a 5min walk to Flynn’s Beach. The property had everything you need to enjoy a nice relaxing stay. The bedrooms were good, bunk beds equiped with extra blankets and pillows which was great for the kids. Large secured backyard and side access which was great for our dog. The house is close to a cafe, pizza shop / restaurant, Asian restaurant and pharmacy, Flynns beach is just across the road. Great spot!

Had a great stay. We felt right at home. Enough beds for everyone and the pool and veranda were well used. It was great being able to see the kids in the pool.

Seamless experience with excellent communication. It was super handy to have options to check in and check out outside of business hours. The property was exactly what we expected. The photos make it look a little nicer than it is but still very practical and wonderful that we could holiday with our dog.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was incredibly comfortable and spacious, offering plenty of room to relax and unwind. Everything was immaculately clean on arrival, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. A special thank you for allowing us to bring our dogs — the property was perfect for them, with great facilities and a secure, pet-friendly setup that made our stay stress-free. We really appreciated being able to include them in our holiday. The location was absolutely fantastic — close to everything we needed yet peaceful and private. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and would gladly return. Highly recommended!

A lovely cottage and incredibly beautiful surrounding property. We especially loved walking down to the dam and watching the platypus play in the water. What a treat! We saw wild deer in the early mornings too and many birds. We felt miles away from the hustle and bustle and really relaxed into the country lifestyle. Sandra’s instructions were extremely helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Francis Retreat. Surrounds were beautiful and quiet with plenty of space for our two children to play and explore. The pool and grounds are idyllic and it was a short walk to Rainbow Beach. The cabin was clean and comfortable and we look forward to staying again soon.

Beautiful place to stay, very nice and clean. Yes, you need to bring your own bed sheets or hire one. But I am okay with it. Would be nice to have the jetty though, then you might try to fish off it. We had a great time. And I really appreciate the cleanliness of the place. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you 🙂

Stayed with young children in Sarah’s place. It was perfect. We walked and scooted everywhere. Can’t wait to come back and stay again.

Loads of space, located in a great spot with east access to local beaches and lots to explore close by. Very spacious place. My boys loved the local kookaburras visiting the backyard one morning. Great value. Definitely recommend.

Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay st Francis Retreat. The kids loved the pool and the tennis courts and the grounds were amazing! we will be back! Thanks Joady for hosting us.
