A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Bright and offering beautiful volumes, this house is located close to the most beautiful coves of Moëlan-sur-Mer, including that of Kerfany at the mouth of the Bélon and that of Trénez facing the Île Perçée. Hikers will appreciate the passage of the customs trail (GR34) 400 m from the house through the moor.

Ideal for couples and 2 children max. Kayak rental, sailing school, playground, start of the GR34 trail on site. Shops 2 km away, close to Pont-Aven (city of painters), Concarneau (walled city) or Lorient (city of sailing). Non-smoking, no pets, access by stairs. Provide linens and towels.

Small beach house, located 600 m from the first beaches. The house is located in a quiet environment, close to the city center of Névez and Trégunc. The house is composed of a living room with kitchen, dining room, living room as well as a bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Sensational sea view at the mouth of the Aven and Belon in Port Manec'h (Névez) A prime location, a family beach within a 5-min walk by a coastal path, canoe, dinghy and catamaran rental, grocery/bread/newspapers within a 5-min walk as well and good restaurants. When you arrive in the apartment, you only see the sea, like on a boat, the view is just amazing. We'll be happy to offer it to you a few weeks a year, you're welcome!

“Les villas de Névez “Ty Kervaillet. Completely renovated house, garden enclosed by a hedge, Tahiti beach is a few minutes' walk away. The house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, 2 master suites (private bathroom), 2 other bedrooms, a bathroom, a mezzanine. Towels and bed linen are provided. Outdoor terrace with deckchairs, garden furniture, barbecue. Pets accepted, fee of 25 euros per pet.

Mezzanine apartment in an exceptional residence, quiet, 50 m above Kerfany-les-Pins Beach. It overlooks the sea towards the west, ideal for enjoying the sunset. The Bélon River is a short walk away as well as the customs trail. The apartment on the 2nd and top floor faces southwest for optimal sunshine. From its living room and mezzanine you can contemplate the superb sea view and the magnificent beach!

This is our family home, built by my great grandparents in early 1900. A few family memories, authenticity and modern comforts await. From the garden there is beautiful sea view, Dourveil beach is close by. There are 3 bedrooms with 180x200 beds, you can make a fireplace or have a barbecue and lunch outside. The kitchen is fully equipped. Guests can park their car in front of the garden entrance.

Located in the heart of Port Manec'h, a popular seaside resort in southern Finistère, this 3-star duplex with private terrace is close to shops (bar, bookstore, grocery store, restaurant, bike rental, etc.), the beach, the port and the GR 34. Linens, towels and sheets are provided.
