Quiet and private apartment perfect for work, virtual meetings or long stays for professionals. Secure underground car park. Easy walk to supermarkets and cafes/restaurants for take away. Relax and explore from this home, located just a block and half from the beach. You're an easy tram ride into the CBD. Enjoy a short stroll to the local boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars. Our apartment is located towards the rear of the building with a North/West facing balcony. A large amount of occupants are owner occupied and it is a quiet and very safe building. Having had experience in the apartment/hotel industry, we have set this apartment up specifically to cater for our guests. It is very clean modern and fresh. We have sourced high quality furniture and artwork to ensure our guests are comfortable when staying at our apartment. We will be contactable via mobile throughout the duration of the stay. Port Melbourne is the closest bayside suburb to Melbourne's CBD. The shopping and dining options are outstanding. We would suggest you get to know Bay Street where there are a plethora of options for keen foodies. If you like keeping fit, there are a number of mainstream gyms nearby, but why do that when you have the beach and great walking tracks just at your door step. The light rail / tram is so easy to the city, or simply walk or ride. One secure parking space is available onsite. There is a gym for use onsite, as well as a heated pool. The apartment is fully self contained and has everything required for cooking, eating, washing and cleaning. It's heated and air conditioned.
