Holiday rentals with a sauna in Port Melbourne

Ivor was very responsive from the time we booked the apartment till check-out. Key collection is easy with very clear instructions given. Apartment is per the photos, very well decorated, neat & cosy. Furnishings are new, crockeries, bed linens, towels all very clean. Smart TV with internet access. Host also provided complimentary coffee capsules, teabags & condiment for cooking. Beautiful view at the top floor. Transport is super convenient with Southern Cross station & free city tram stop all within 5min walk. My family has a comfy stay here for 10days. 👍👍

Apartment is beautiful with amazing view from the 70th floor. Very clean and new just as pictured. It is conveniently located within walking distance to the CBD where most great restaurants and cafes are located, with Coles just across the road. Will stay here again.

We had a lovely time in the apartment, with very easy access to transportation, and many things we wanted to see and do were within walking distance or a quick free tram ride away. Southern Cross Station is a five minute walk, which gives you access to regional and Metro trains, too. The neighborhood is quiet and green, and morning coffee on the balcony was a treat. Though we didn't actually use them, the gym and pool are great perks. We would happily stay here again.

The nicest thing was the selection of mini treats provided in the kitchen which first greeted us, then the amazing view and the cleanliness. Puneet is a quick and detailed communicator so would help anyone from out of town as to how to get there, get access etc. Wish all AirBNB providers put as much effort as Puneet did!

The location is extremely convenient, just 30 seconds downstairs to Coles, the airport bus, and Southern Cross Station. The high-floor view is spectacular, and the apartment is well-equipped. Highly recommended!

Great place with a supermarket (Coles) just across the road. There is also a bunch of different cafes around literally downstairs (in the same building complex). The kitchen is well equipped with most utensils needed for casual cooking. The tram stop is 1-2 mins walk away, overall pretty good location. The apartment itself looks just like in the photos. There is a nice swimming pool and sauna in the building which are not busy at all (at least during our stay). This is a professionally run BnB, so the host experienced, responsive and resolves issues quickly. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again. Cheers

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

I was the perfect place to stay for a couple of nights. The check in is super easy and the apartment is exactly as described. Would recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Melbourne central area.

We felt very cosy in this apartment due to the great couch, comfortable bed, terrific heater in the bedroom and nice decor as well as really clean throughout. The kitchen is well appointed and the bathroom has good shelf space and a really hot and good pressure shower.

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

I had a fantastic stay at Simon’s place. The apartment was incredibly cosy, spotless and had everything I needed. The location couldn’t have been better - right in the heart of Melbourne Central, making it super easy to get around and explore the city. I especially loved the access to the building’s sauna and gym, which were great extras to have. Simon was an excellent host—very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. He truly made my stay smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend staying here!

Idriss was a very accommodating and very responsive host. The property was beautiful and very clean. I would recommend staying here. We also accidentally left behind some personal belongings and Idriss was very proactive to get them back to us.

Modern luxury house located in a quiet street which is perfect for me as I’m a lightsleeper. However, it’s quite far from Melbourne especially with the traffic. Linens and towels could be better. Kudrat is very responsive and a very nice host. She even prepared snacks and fruits for us on arrival.

An exquisite and sophisticated home filled with high tech appliances, and tasteful furniture and fixtures. Great place to stay even with my young son and 2 elderly parents. Jason was extremely helpful, friendly and would address all my queries promptly. 5 Stars treatment from Jason! I would definitely stay here again the next time I visit Melbourne. Fantastic experience!

This place was an amazing stay! I’m quite the frequent air bnb user, especially for longer term stays and this was honestly in my top 3! Spacious, clean, fully equipped and to top it off a sauna and pool. I seriously couldn’t ask for much more. The price was incredibly affordable and we thank you very much for the stay! 10/10 would recommended to anyone, for any length of time!

I had an amazing short stay over the Easter break with two interstate friends. Lyuyu retreat is very generously spaced, yet it remains very comfortable and homely to invite you back from a busy day exploring the area. The house is very well furnished with numerous spaces dedicated to its given function being working, lounging, cooking, entertaining, sleeping etc., with the indoor pool area being a standout with its included spa and sauna. We didn’t use the billiards table and massage chair, but touches like these are indeed rare gems on AirBnB, let alone for the area. Large windows including many being floor to ceiling, bathe all the rooms in natural light as well as immerse you into the beautiful surrounding bush land that makes you feel part nature. It’s clear this retreat is still being established into something really special by the owners, and I can’t wait to return again just to see how much better it will become. I highly recommend this place.
