A great stay at Philippe's! The accommodation is impeccable and very well-equipped . Philippe is a responsive host, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The location is quiet while being close to amenities. I would highly recommend it!

What a wonderful place and what a lovely people! Jeannine and her husband made us feel immediately welcome. We had a fantastic time. The surroundings, the tranquility, the pool, the nice clean cottage , including a lovely bed and fantastic shower made it all a special beautiful experience that can certainly be repeated!

Thanks to Dominique and Christian, they are responsive and lovely hosts. Their little cottage is beautiful and their park is magnificent. We had a great stay.

+ Clean, beautiful, well arranged and equipped accommodation, enjoyed a large area, 30 min walk to the beach. Aquatic area at the top. - lack of a pancake pan and cooking utensils to avoid missing the pans. Great stay, the whole family was happy. To be redone 😉

Stephanie and Philippe’s guest house checked all the boxes: *Brand new accommodation *Well designed and furnished *Private and quiet location *Comfortable bedding *Heated pool *Farmers’ Market in Sarzeau’s square-all shops and grocery store, restaurants were walkable *Secure, onsite parking But mainly, our hosts were supremely accommodating and kind and respectful of our privacy and wishes. We loved trying to communicate with them in our terrible French!

Favorite, I would 100% recommend this listing! Responsive and welcoming host. Accommodation matches the photos and is tastefully decorated. It is perfectly arranged for a family. Location close to the sea for beautiful walks.

The house is charming, cozy, in a quiet and green locality. It felt good there. The bedding is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The terrace allows you to enjoy the sun for a good part of the day. I've rarely rented such a clean space. Very small downside that still spoils the stay: a slightly stubborn smell of humidity.

The house corresponded to the description, you immediately had a wow effect. Everything was clean and as shown in the photos. Good location for southern Brittany. Serge was a good host, always quickly accessible and also on site if there were problems. We highly recommend this property.

We had a lovely week at Gabrielle's house, very pleasant and well located on the island. Small sunny exterior despite the low spring sun. Clean, functional and warm interior. We will be back.

Ideally located accommodation, offering a splendid view of the oyster basin of Plouharnel. The location is central for many visits to Morbihan. Finally, Michèle pays particular attention to the quality of the welcome, the cleanliness and decoration of the house, which we appreciated.

Listing is as described. We found it easily and check in was very simple. We received all the necessary information the day before in a message, everything was clear and detailed. The accommodation is very clean and very well equipped, you feel really good there. Although small in size, the space is intelligently arranged which makes the stay comfortable. We sleep well thanks to the shutters in particular and the bedding. We had a great weekend, thank you so much Matthieu! 😊

Very good stay , perfect even. The house is really as described . Large living room. Very modern and convenient , and the decor is superb. The garden is very nice with two different exposure terraces. It is completely fenced for dogs. City center within walking distance (15-20 min) along the beach. The environment is splendid. We'll be happy to go back.

House in the heart of the port of St Goustan, very comfortable, very well located with a very pleasant garden. Olivier and Marie have very good communication with their guests so that the stay goes well.

We extended very nice...lots of luck with the weather in addition! The walk to the GR34 side is beautiful, especially at sunset. Very well located for a walk in Guérande, La Baule, Piriac-sur-mer, and all the other seaside resorts in the region. Gite matches the photos and description, warm, well decorated and very well-equipped. Friendly welcome by Val and it's always nice to have little touches on arrival...very good lemon cake 😋 Good interaction with Gwen, who was later met. A special dedication, following Val's recommendations, for a restaurant "L 'amour à la plage" 7 minutes by car, taken over in April, with a veranda open to the beach and the sea...and "house" kitchen! A nice parenthesis...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - Virginie was very helpful in advance, met us at the property on arrival, and explained everything, including local facilities and places to visit. If you want a quiet, peaceful few days in a lovely setting, this is it.

Wonderful week in Arzon at Thierry and Véronique's. Listing as described, very clean and very functional. A few hundred yards from the village with all amenities , and the port crouesty and its beach a short drive away. Finally, the vacationers they want calm and breathing in the good Breton air must go through this unmissable step that the friendly Thierry and Véronique offer us. The house is perfectly equipped to ensure a pleasant stay, with neat decoration, fully equipped kitchen. The view of the Gulf was a real favorite. Communication with Lucie was always pleasant and responsive. She provided us with valuable information to explore the surroundings and discover good restaurants. In summary, our stay at Villa Balis was so memorable that we are already looking forward to returning! We highly recommend this listing as well as its attentive host.

We spent 4 nights in this charming house and we are delighted with our stay! Everything was perfect, very clean, convenient, pleasant and quiet: we felt at home! And then the location of the house is ideal: next to a very nice beach and the port of Crouesty, very lively. We did everything by bike! Géraldine and Sylvain were also very accommodating with our arrival and departure times, and very responsive. Valérie who welcomed us is very friendly and gives good advice. In short, a well-deserved 10/10! We will undoubtedly return to this Breton house!
