There are two bedrooms located on opposite sides of the apartment which can be very convenient if you travel in couples or even for families. The master bedroom has an ensuite with shower and the second bedroom has a bathroom across the hall. Both feature queen sized beds (160cm) and balconies. Each room (bedrooms and living room), features its own air conditioning unit to ensure your comfort throughout the year, whether you need to stay cool or cozy. The kitchen is full equipped and you will find everything you need for your stay. A welcome pack is waiting for you at your arrival and you are very welcome to use the beach towels if you'd like to take a swim!

Situated opposite a park in a quiet location, the flat is only a few minutes stroll from buzzing old town, restaurants, bars & nightlife. The flat is family friendly. Baby cots, high chairs, basic push prams etc provided on request. Air conditioning in most rooms as Alicante's summer can get unbearably hot & humid.

Apartment in the center

The apartment is located in the center of Alicante but the street is very quiet. All services are around the floor. Supermarkets, El Corte Inglés shopping center, pharmacy, playground with open-air cafeteria, amusement park for children, Canalejas park with large ficus trees. The sea, Esplanade promenade and port are a 5-minute walk away. The beach is a 20-minute walk away. Groups of friends are not allowed, because the neighbors are older people and complain about noise.
