Beautiful Loft has a double bed,a very comfortable sofa bed, living room and kitchen all in the same open space. Enclosed bathroom and small private patio. EXCELLENT WIFI. Everything new,newly renovated. It is located 17 MINUTES from Santa Barbara Castle and a 17' WALK from Postiguet Beach. The neighborhood is surrounded by restaurants and all kinds of shops, 6 blocks from a large shopping center. It is very well connected with buses and Tram. Possibility of renting nearby parking.
