The location of this apartment is absolutely fantastic -- right in the Center of everything. Easy to get to the beach, easy to get to the market, easy to get to restaurants and shops, and is located on a lovely plaza. Carolina was so helpful at check in. The apartment is spacious and clean. We did not want to leave!

We were delighted with the house; it is even better than in the photos. We worried about the sofa bed before the trip but it is very comfortable and if it sleeps phenomenal. Toni and his mother were watching over us at all times. The ideal area to rest and unwind to rest and unwind. And the house has everything you need, including oil and spices for cooking. We'll definitely be back!

We loved staying in Nicole's studio!!! Everything was very well thought out The decor is beautiful, the space is perfect, we were always comfortable. High service! Even though we arrived over midnight, Eladio was ready with check-in and there was cold beer in the fridge. Likewise, checkout was painless. The location is very central both for restaurants and for Tram to Costa Blanca.

We stayed for 4 days. Easy access to downtown, everything as described. The host was flexible and kind, and we were satisfied with everything. Recommended stay! *****

I can't wait to come back. Very welcoming and present host. Well-equipped apartment in a spectacular location for going to the beach and getting around by public transport to the center. It was a wonderful vacation, as a single mother with 3 children, without even having to rent a car given the convenience of the location!

Well equipped studio apartment in a wonderful location with gorgeous sea views. Comfortable bed and a great shower with oodles of hot water and high pressure. Our host was very friendly, helpful, highly responsive and always concerned with making our stay the best possible. We haven't been this relaxed for a long time. Thanks for everything!

Well received by Patricia after good communication about arrival times etc. Patricia is very friendly, gave us a short instruction/explanation and then quickly gave us space! Everything was complete and spotless. The space is as in the photos, the quality/price ratio is excellent. If you do not care about a fantastic view, this is a fantastic place, close to all shopping streets, central market bus and tram connections and the castle of Alicante. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect! Very nice, very nice, cozy and clean apartment! Communication with the host, as little as I needed, was always friendly and responsive. San Juan is a beautiful place to spend a great period of relaxation

My partner and I spent 2 amazing months here ❤️. It is better than the pictures. To have your morning coffee with the view of the ocean is priceless. The place is fully equiped, which is very handy for extended stays like ours. The location is perfect. You are in the heart of old town, 3 mins. away from the beach. This made our lunch breaks so enjoyable. At the beach side, you'll find places to eat and have a drink. The neighborhood is just beautiful and lively, with people singing every once in a while, but calm at night (the only exception was the Christmas time, but this is how all Spain celebrates 🎉). The new town is also less than 10 mins. away where you'll find Supermarkets, pharmacies, more restaurants, bars and tram stops. Franziska is a wonderful host. She is always there for your questions. All the thoughtful details in the apartment, reflect the level of care that she has for her guests. You should 100% stay here. We had a blast and we can only recommend La Villa Feliz!

The place is in a great location, tucked away in a lovely alley. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, which is super convenient, but far enough from the main roads to avoid the crowds. The area felt lively but not chaotic — people passed by often enough that it felt safe and welcoming. Plus, it’s close to loads of shops, cafes, and other spots you’ll want to check out. Jimmy was an amazing host! His responses were quick and super helpful throughout our stay. The apartment had a cute little table football game that we really enjoyed, and the amenities — especially the kitchen — were so well-prepared that it felt like home. We’d definitely stay again!

We had a great time in Franscisco's apartment, complete with everything you need and in a great location to visit the city. Francisco is an attentive and helpful person. Have a great experience. Repeat!

We were very pleasantly surprised by this small, comfortable studio, with a nice pool. Ideally located, close to a very beautiful and large beach and local shops. The tram also allowed us to easily get to Alicante and Benidorm. Our hosts, very discreet, were however always available, if we had questions. I would recommend this rental.

It’s the second time we have stayed here and don’t think we would book anywhere else now. Maria is lovely and very helpful. Both times the taxi hasn’t dropped us off in the correct place but Maria helped us, even at unsociable hours to find it easily It’s only a 5 -10min walk to the square with bars and restaurants and same distance from the commercial centre It was lovely and clean and very practical for our short stay

If you’re looking for light and a view, plus a balcony, this is for you. We did have a few issues, and because it was Easter weekend and a public holiday, it likely took a little longer to repair than otherwise, but Venessa did it during our stay and the outcome was perfect. Now future guests will have a shower that drains efficiently in the wonderful bathroom and a bedframe that does not creak, so with the good mattress, you are sure to have a solid night’s sleep. Close to many coffee shops, restaurants and scenic spots. The balcony and table are perfect to enjoy the view for breakfast, a glass of wine and sunsets. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you Vanessa
