Charming suite between Périgord and Bordeaux

We invite you in our lovely suite in the south of France. Used before by our children we now would like to share it with new guests. You will have your own access to the house and can independently enjoy the garden, terrasse and our little pond during your stay. A shared Kitchen/fridge and private bathroom and will be available. 2 min (car) and 20 min (afoot) away from the city center/train station, the location is perfect for day trips in the Perigord or in Bordeaux's vineyard.

In the Dordogne countryside, a newly converted dovecote, “Les Treilles de Razac”, invites you to unwind in a region rich in heritage, gastronomy and outdoor activities. Bastides and châteaux, fine restaurants and the fine wines of Saussignac, Bergerac and Monbazillac await you. A cosy gîte for 2, 3 or 4 people on 2 floors, fully equipped, with shaded patios for dining or relaxing by the large shared swimming pool from June to September.

This former farm is ideally located at the crossroads of Dordogne and Gironde between Bordeaux and Périgord. It will offer you a beautiful outdoor space and beautiful interior volumes; its room with wagon beds will delight children and its large farmhouse kitchen that of parents. On the gardens

Ideally located, halfway between Bergerac and St Emilion, quiet apartment overlooking the gardens and banks of the Dordogne. A cozy sleeping area and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a small desk for those who come to stay for work. The apartment is 5 minutes from the center and close to amenities (bakery, deli and cinema a few meters away); the train station is less than a 10-minute walk; free parking spaces close by.

AbO - L'Atelier

In a 19th-century house with a 5,000 m² park, renovated in 2020, enjoy a 90 m² self-contained accommodation in one wing of the house, featuring its own kitchen, bathroom, a 15 m² master bedroom with a double bed, an 11 m² children's bedroom with 2 single beds (convertible to a 180 cm bed), a 30 m² living room, and a private terrace. You can also enjoy its park and vegetable garden.

Located in the heart of the bastide of Sainte-Foy-la-Grande, this former building with exposed stones is completely renovated and equipped, available year-round. This rental is ideal for a stopover between Périgord and Bordeaux. The accommodation is renovated with respect for traditional local architecture. Guests can enjoy a region where "Living Well" is an art.

MONSEGUR 'BASTIDE' *Heated pool*

Our house is a beautiful 18th century stone building, completely renovated. Quiet and spacious, with a large plot with a pool (heated from March to November) - and an exceptional view of the surrounding countryside, it also offers immediate access to the center of the village. Shops, bars, restaurants, grocery store, market and even cinema are a few minutes walk.

Olive trees in Périgord

Small renovated house in the countryside with an indoor, private hot tub. It can be used from 5 p.m. to 2 a.m. (filtration is running outside of these hours). It is set to 36°C. Kitchen equipped with basic products. Bed linen and household linen are provided. Bathroom with towels and toiletries. No Wi-Fi Cats are present in the outdoor area. Unfenced garden.
