We have a game room & amazing outdoor area with a putting green and a private fenced pool and huge yard on the River Island golf course. Springville is 3 hours North of LA, 3.5 hours south of San Jose in the foothills of the Sierra mountains. We are 90 minutes South of Sequoia National Park and 45 minutes from Balch Park, home of the largest trees on earth.

Parking is right in front of the house, a few steps to the door. Most of the year, we have seasonal fruits growing in the yard.
