Like new guest house finished in May 2023. The house sits behind our home and is attached to our shop. Perfect for 1-3 adults or a family of 4. The bedroom has a king bed and the living area has a full size futon. Families are welcome to enjoy the nice yard with gas fire pit, playground, and front patio. Safe and friendly neighborhood with walking paths nearby. Sunset views are excellent from the top of the street. Easy freeway access and minutes from Idaho State University and the Hospital.

Our lovely basement apartment has its own private entrance. It’s on a quiet street in the middle of town, within minutes to anywhere in Pocatello or Chubbuck, and right off the I-15 for travel. One cozy bedroom and bathroom with a queen size bed and streaming TVs. There is also a comfy twin size air mattress if needed! We felt right at home! My family was comfortable sitting on the couch and watching tv. Our son was able to play on the carpet while my husband and I cooked. One recommendation would be to change the shower dispenser as it was difficult to access. All in all a wonderful place to stay and recommend highly!

Such a wonderful place to stay! The view was unbelievable and you will see little deer in the yard occasionally. Comfortable bed with pristine linens. Extra linens are also provided. Location is slightly out of the city limits, but no issues with uber confirming a ride or coming out that far. Amenities are great, everything has been well thought out to accommodate short or long stays.

Everything was as expected. I do wish that the write up of this house had all the descriptors like which floor had which beds/baths. I had to ask about bath & and bed rooms because I had one person who can't do stairs. MAIN LEVEL: Bedroom 1: Master has a king bed w/bathroom 1; two sinks, awesome; Toilet has a bidet and closes off from sink area; Walk-in closet; Shower only with shampoo and conditioner. Bedroom 2: Two single beds and a closet. Bathroom 2: Toilet, tub/shower, sink. Living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. DOWNSTAIRS: Bedroom 3: Two single beds and a closet. Bedroom 4: One queen bed and a closet. Bathroom 3: toilet tub/shower, sink. Towels, washcloths, sheets, blankets, pots, pans, blender, toaster oven, electric skillet, crockpot, 14 cup coffee pot/maker, refrigerator/freezer has ice maker with door dispenser, dishes, flatware, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven/stove, pantry.
