This house is beautiful and clean. It has everything you need. We liked that it was conveniently located close to a food store. There are also several excellent restaurants and an ice cream shop nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet. It was our first time traveling to Quebec. We did not want to stay in the city. This house is only a 20 minute drive to Old Quebec. We also liked that there is a pool. Overall, this is a beautiful house in an excellent location, and I would love to stay there again!

Wow! This place was incredible. A stunning architectural gem with an incredibly well stocked kitchen. Beautiful swimming pool and marvelous hot tub. Very steep steps down to a lovely lake that we explored using their kayak and boat— my son did some fishing out there on multiple days. The host recommended an incredible bakery nearby, just five minutes away and joy droppingly delicious. We went there every morning! Also a great brewpub and grocery store close by. We had a lot of rain but being in Audrey‘s beautiful home which was so peaceful and lovely made it no problem. We all slept so well and the kids had a blast. Hope to stay here again!

My work colleague and I stayed at Line's place for 3 nights for business. The place felt like home right from the beginning. The place was perfect for our needs, even though we didn't use all the amenities that were available to us, as we only had the evenings free. Downtown Quebec City was amazing... very historic and majestic. I only wish we had more time in the day to be able to enjoy the heated swimming pool and go on a hiking trail along the river which runs directly behind their house! Maybe we'll have that opportunity at another time... Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Suzanne’s place! The house was immaculate, cozy, and beautifully decorated, truly feeling like a home away from home. Suzanne was welcoming and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed. The location was ideal, close to Old Quebec and major attractions, yet in a peaceful neighborhood. We would highly recommend staying here and look forward to returning in the future!

An absolutely perfect stay! The host was extremely quick and efficient in their communications, which made the check-in very simple and enjoyable. The house, the pool and the waterfront were simply beautiful. The place is peaceful, clean and perfect for relaxing with the family. We had a wonderful time and created beautiful memories. Nice place to enjoy the area and the surrounding villages. We knew we were out of season so no snowshoes, no bikes or water activities at this time of year but, for us it was perfect sincewe only wanted to rest. We went running in the village.

We two family with 3 kids came to spend the weekend in Quebec City from New Jersey. It was beautiful weather these days and we had a wonderful experience staying in Melanie’s house and enjoyed the city. Very relaxing.

We wanted peace and quiet and that's what we got! The view from the chalet is beautiful and I think the village of St-Jean is the most beautiful on the island! The host also recommended the mansion as a historical visit, it was great!

The house is very well located, in a quiet area, near a park for children, near beautiful trails for running, near the University/Boul Laurier, near the river. Bright, clean house, more beautiful than in the photos, with a well-equipped and very functional kitchen. Very satisfied with our stay! Thank you!

The stay was amazing! Very peaceful location and a very cozy home. The host gave us a warm welcome and was very nice! 10/10 experience. Me and my family had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful house! The home was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and equipped with all the amenities I could have asked for. Waking up to the stunning view of Lake Chenin from the house was truly a highlight and made the experience even more special. The house was equipped with everything and anything you need and had all amenities .The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the space made it feel like a home away from home. would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, scenic, and cozy gateway

Staying at Carl's made our Canada vacation even better than what we have planned. Carl was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Upon arrival to the home, we were greeted by a extremely clean home, just as described. The home was amazing, each of my kids picked their own room and even my dad had his private room. We all felt safe during our stay. The location of the home was phenomenal, with a great view, available table games and even a foosball table. The distance to all tourist locations we wanted to visit was comfortable and had a good amount of local restaurants, chain fast-food and gas stations. Checking out was pretty easy too. If anyone is looking for a beautiful, luxurious style home, on a safe location, with a great host, look no more. I highly recommend Carl and his home. A+
