In a historical XIX century building, fully renovated in 2015, Deluxe apartment is located on the 2nd floor (no elevator), oriented towards the backyard, so that you will be able to enjoy some tranquillity, while being in the city centre. It has one bedroom enclosed from the rest of the apartment space, but not totally sound isolated, so it is ideal for a couple with children or a group of friends. Cada passageiro tem de comprar um cartão recarregável ANDANTE (0,50€), e carregar com 1 viagem Z4 (1,85€). Esse cartão é válido também para o centro da cidade, mas lá deve carregar com viagens Z2 (zona 2, válidas 1 hora). Antes de entrar no metro tem de validar o cartão. Para o centro da cidade, apanhar a Linha E, direcção Estádio do Dragão, trocar de linha na estação de metro TRINDADE para linha D, direcção Santo Ovídeo, e sair na estação ALIADOS. Sair do metro na direcção Rua da Fábrica. Ao descer a Avenida dos Aliados, vire à direita na Rua da Fábrica. Suba essa rua que, a dada altura, muda de nome para rua Santa Teresa. O apartamento situa-se no final da rua Santa Teresa, no lado direito quem sobe. TAXI: Posso recomendar um serviço de taxi que permite reservas antecipadas por email e garantem um preço fixo de 22€ para a viagem aeroporto-apartamento (4 pessoas e bagagens) e 20€ para a viagem apartamento-aeroporto. Eu posso efectuar a reserva em seu nome, mas necessito do número de voo. O pagamento pode ser feito em dinheiro, ou cartão, e podem requerer um recibo. O apartamento é muito luminoso e espaçoso e tem uma grande varanda ideal para um magnífico pequeno-almoço com vista sobre a cidade. A cama (king size 180 × 200 cm) do quarto principal é magnífica! O apartamento é bastante espaçoso e luminoso, com localização central, 10 minutos a pé da estação de metro (directo para o aeroporto), do centro da cidade e da zona comercial (Rua de Santa Catarina). Localizado a uma curta distância da Sé Catedral e da Avenida dos Aliados. O apartamento tem três quartos duplos e duas casas de banho (com chuveiro), uma sala de estar/jantar/cozinha (equipada com frigorífico, fogão, forno, microondas e máquina de lavar roupa), com uma agradável varanda. Está também equipado com televisão com canais internacionais e acesso à Internet. O apartamento está localizado num bairro residencial muito tranquilo e foi totalmente renovado, incluindo a substituição das janelas por janelas de elevada eficiência.
