Holiday rentals in Porto do Carro

Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit welche wir bei Euch erleben durften. Leider war es für die Jahreszeit ein wenig kühl, doch wir konnten den Ofen mit dem von Steve gehacktem Holz nutzen, und wir haben es sogar überlebt. Also sicher ist es dort ;) Eingebettet in einer wunderschönen Landschaft waren das Ensemble der Häuser ein architektonischer Augenschmaus an portugiesischer Authenizität. Sehr schön und einladend war die Unterkunft. Und Steve und Sarah sind einfach goldig. Vielen Dank für die lehrreiche Permakultur Tour die wir bei Euch erleben durften. Denn frischen Spargel werden wir sicherlich nicht vergessen:) Im Ganzen wären wir gerne länger geblieben und hoffen auf ein andermal.

A estadia no espaço do Sr. Diamantino foi extremamente agradável. A casa é incrível, muito espaçosa e estava tudo muito limpo. O Sr. Diamantino é um host espetacular, com uma ótima comunicação e incrivelmente simpático, sempre pronto a ajudar. Perdemo-nos ao tentar encontrar a localização e o Sr. Diamantino esteve sempre atento e ajudou-nos a encontrar o sítio correto. Sem dúvidas voltaríamos a hospedar nesta casa se houver mais oportunidades.

And if you need any veggies, there’s a garden where you can go and pick up fresh veggies and herbs. If you are looking to disconnect and create memories for a lifetime, this is your place. Florbela made us feel like family, and her hospitality turned a beautiful stay into an unforgettable experience. We left not just relaxed, but with a new friend. Duarte was a communicative, responsive and helpful host - we really appreciated this as there's only so much you can research online. The location of Casa da Encosta is magical, the fact you can't park outside makes it all the more special with no immediate road noise. The small terraced garden which surrounds the house is totally charming, offering plenty of little places to separate yourself from others should you wish and read a book or enjoy the view. Fixtures and fittings are of a high standard and the renovation executed thoughtfully. The feeling of being inside a jewelled box comes to mind. Yet it feels like someone's home and you feel welcome in it. A thoroughly enjoyable stay in a remarkable region of Portugal. Thank you.

we had a lovely time at George's place, it truly is a special property and has everything you might want for a romantic getaway! little note, as George mentions the drive up to the house is steep and can be a bit tricky to reverse back if a car comes towards you. while the house feels private and relaxing, you do have neighbouring houses and can hear cars or the neighbours around. overall a lovely stay in a house that was very beautifully designed and more spacious than it looks in the pictures and full of charm. George was a very welcoming and responsive host!! thank you

This place is amazing, the views are incredible, unfortunately the weather didn't allow is make use the pool whilst we were there but even without this we had 3 lovely relaxing nights here. Eric is friendly and helpful and we loved the visits from the dogs as we were missing our own at home. Casa zen is perfect for relaxing and winding down, the accommodation is spotless and the location is beautiful

We waren met twee stellen in dit appartement wat zeer ruim van binnen en buiten is en we hebben vanaf het begin erg van deze accommodatie genoten je kunt het zo gek niet bedenken of het was aanwezig het uitzicht is zeer mooi en de lift was zeer makkelijk omdat we het bovenste appartement hadden en we zouden eigenlijk een niet zo'n goede recensie willen schrijven omdat we dan een betere kans zouden hebben om dit appartement nog een keer te nemen en het niet volgeboekt zou zijn want wij gaan dit appartement zeker nog een keer nemen.
