In the spring, summer or fall, the island's mild temperature allows for the enjoyment of the beach. In winter, the beach remains a good reason for long walks.

Also exposing Coronaviruses to sufficient ozone dose (ppm x time) can result in them being 99% damaged or destroyed.

The house can be rented as a 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom, with access to the second bedroom from the outside. You can walk to the beach in about 10 minutes.
