Casa duplex with balcony overlooking the sea, within a small condominium of the 9 houses with direct access to Araçaipe Beach through the garden. The condominium has leisure area, barbecue and swimming pool. The place is very quiet and ideal for families and couples to enjoy their vacation. Staying only 30 steps to the beach that becomes a natural pool when the sea is low.

A shaded deck area features a comfortable seating arrangement with woven furniture, including a spacious sofa and armchairs, all adorned with tropical-themed cushions. A glimpse of the sea can be seen through the railing, surrounded by lush greenery.

Relax with the whole family in this quiet accommodation. Privileged location, very close to the beach, being able to walk! Even so, a quiet , quiet and secure street with a 24-hour entrance. Near any and all shops, as well as pharmacies, supermarket and restaurants. The apartment is a duplex with 2 suites, a bathroom . Air-conditioning in both bedrooms. The condominium has two swimming pools, adults and children. The pool area has a barbecue, freezer and women's/men's bathroom.

Beautiful house, high standard, foot in the sand, located in the best luxury condominium of Arraial D'ajuda ( Condomínio Águas D 'ajuda ). Our house is all air-conditioned, has 4 suites ( two with king bed, two with 2 single beds ( which can become King ) and in one suite has a lounge with two single mattresses) . On the ground floor we have a full kitchen integrated with a large living and dining room (with toilet) and a large balcony (with sofa, hammock and 8-seater table).

A covered outdoor area features natural bamboo roofing and warm yellow flooring. Wooden furniture, including a seating arrangement, is positioned along the space. Plants are seen in the corners, and a kitchen area is visible in the back, enhancing the inviting communal atmosphere.
