The beaches of Mucugê, Pescador and Eco Parque are a 15-minute walk away. The chalet is in a small condominium of 4 houses, with a garden, parking, electronic gate and is very safe.

Your meals can be prepared in the outdoor areas of the house. We can't forget to mention our swimming pool that extends throughout the garden of the Ipê Branco house.

The rental can be made both from the ground floor and the upper part separately, and in the latter we can rent the suites with the option of the kitchen separately as well.
