A Retreat on Hove Seafront, Close to Brighton Fun

This is a newly converted, modern, well equipped, ground floor apartment, with private entrance, fully equipped kitchen, contemporary living room, comfortable king bedroom and large shower room. Private parking (for one car) is available upon request and by prior arrangement - requiring a residents parking permit - charged at £5 per day. We are located in Hove, on the seafront, a short walk to local cafes, restaurants, bars, parks and other amenities. You can walk into Brighton along the seafront (3km), although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. Please note that, whilst we are located on the Hove seafront, there are no sea views from the ground floor apartment itself. Inside the apartment, you can enjoy: - comfortable, modern furniture throughout, including new king bed, mattress & bedding, leather l shaped sofa, breakfast table & stools and lots more. - generous and high quality kitchen equipment, including Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher & washing machine and lots more. - other useful house gadgets, including hairdryer, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and lots more. - games & books - high speed broadband wifi - XL Samsung Smart television, with Netflix, NowTV & AmazonPrime - Philips Hue coloured lighting This is a self contained, private apartment, with a separate entrance, albeit within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We are available if necessary, to answer any questions and sort any issues, although keys are made available via a "key safe" with private code. The apartment is nestled in a quiet residential neighbourhood in Hove, a walk from local cafes, restaurants, bars and parks. The buzzing centre of Brighton is 3 kilometres away for shopping, entertainment, and vibrant nightlife. It's a beautiful seafront walk into Brighton, although buses are frequent and taxis are easily available. This self contained, private apartment, is located within a larger family home (although you are unlikely to ever see anyone). We do not allow unauthorised guests to sleep over and we do not allow large parties or events.

Our cute garden flat is just 350m from the beach and right in the centre of Hove with its superb selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. There's a private decked patio with shared use of the front garden. Brighton's chic shopping & vibrant nightlife is a 30 min stroll along the prom. Our welcome pack includes local Artisan bread, semi skimmed milk, butter, plus homemade jam & cakes. Car drivers also get a free 1 day visitor parking permit to help you settle in, and there is nearby EV charging.

Guests say they love my place for its character, its high ceilings, and its location. It's popular with couples on a romantic break, and people visiting friends or family in the city. Parking for a small additional cost subject to availability.

Very nice , bright top floor flat in central Hove 2mins from beach ,shops , bars and restaurants , bus links into central Brighton 15mins , close to Hove train station . The flat has wifi , sky tv with 50in screen, wooden floors throughout , dining table and chairs. The kitchen comes with electric oven and gas hob , microwave , washing machine, fridge, coffee machine, kettle all crockery and cutlery ect . Large shower and nice size bedroom with king size bed.

Gorgeous, cosy, one bed flat in central Hove, opposite Hove Museum Gardens and a 5 min stroll to the beach. A quiet retreat but only a couple of minutes walk from popular pubs and restaurants. Comfortably sleeps two in a kingsize bed. We provide a small breakfast basket to welcome you to the flat. You'll have your own off-street parking, and small front garden to sit and relax. It's less than a 15 min walk to Hove station (direct trains to London).
