Great thanks! Easy on road parking - easy access and good communication. Sadly the WiFi wasn’t working and we couldn’t get onto the tv. Super clean and good value for money :)

Lovely little spot, it's very close to the beach and about 15 minutes walk to lovely restaurants. Do be careful it's very difficult to get into the bedroom for someone with any sort of mobility rooms (even for us it was a bit of a slow thing) but actually once you're in, its super cosy so worked for us.

Just returned from a week in this great apartment that matched the description and photo’s exactly. The location is perfect and Ricky is a friendly proactive host who provided lots of information in advance and was always available during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with everyday essentials including breakfast items that Ricky encouraged us to use. Finally, the bed is really comfortable with quality bedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and would love to stay again in the future.

Absolutely amazing apartment! So beautiful with such great location, easy to get to the beach & any restaurants/bars/ clubs you may want to go to! Easy to get in and out, no need to worry about forgetting a key which is always handy. Would be a great space for couples or friends and could not recommend this beautiful space enough!! Cabs are also easy to pick up & drop off, only downside is no parking, £50 for an overnight-afternoon stay in the closest car park which was a 10 minute walk away. Parking on the street is permits only until 8pm. May be easier to get a train rather than drive.

I cant say much more that hasnt already been mentioned. The tiny house is a garage conversion so is attached to the side of the hosts house. They were a quiet family, so not a problem at all. We happened to arrive as Mario was leaving, so had an opportunity to meet him. Very friendly and welcoming. Hosts were very responsive to communications prior to our arrival. Tiny house had everything we needed and was a small walk away to other ammedies. Train into Brighton was 12 minutes and the station is nearby. Can't fault our stay. Thank you Matio & Samantha

Great location for Brighton centre with beautiful views of the beach and pier. Flat was clean, spacious and very well equipped. The host kindly arranged an earlier check in which enabled us to properly start our break earlier. Communication was easy with clear instructions

Lovely clean place and very homely. It had everything we needed. Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen - and the big gorgeous shower at the end of our 26 mile hike along the South Coast Path was an absolute godsend! Very friendly communication. We felt looked-after. Thank you so much.

A million dollar view of the sea! It’s breathtaking and a joy to sit in the sun room and watch the world go by with a panoramic view of the sea. Great communication with the hosts. They allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in time. Comfortable bed, the fresh flowers were a lovely touch. It’s a little out of the town but easily walkable along the front or through the characterful Kemptown. Grocery shops close by and plenty of restaurants around. We had a wonderful stay in the place perfect for a couple. Thank you!

We had a great overnight stay, wish we had longer. The flat is spacious and homely. Great comfy beds and a lovely bright flat.

The Vesto apartment’s we booked were private and presented in immaculate condition, there were some initial issues as the apartments had just been refurbished, however between Vesto and AirBnB the issues were resolved. We would not hesitate in booking these apartments again.

Emily is the perfect host response to any question was so quick and helpful, the apartment is outstanding, beautifully designed and quirky, oh and the beds were ridiculously comfortable I could of stayed in bed all day! walking distance to the lanes and beach, a perfect apartment and a perfect location I highly recommend Emily

Loved staying in Sarah's lovely house. She's very thoughtfully supplied everything you might need, the house is very tidy and gorgeous. She was very responsive and accommodating.

Excellent host - Dean was welcoming and friendly and went out of his way to make it a lovely stay. The flat was really comfortable, well kitted out and beautifully decorated, we really enjoyed the hot tub! 2 mins walk to the sea and a lovely walk along the seafront into Brighton which took about 10 minutes. We had a great time - would happily recommend.

Charlotte was a fantastic host. The bottle of bubbly on arrival was a lovely touch too. We are so lucky to have had the opportunity to stay in Charlotte's interesting and well loved home. The hot tub and roll top bath provided a great way to relax after visiting the beach and town. As artists the artwork on display made for great conversation points too. We feel inspired. Xx

Me and my friend stayed at Owen's and Priscilla for a month. They gave as accommodation for a long course we to do. They are two amazing people, very young smart and pleasant. We have enjoyed to know each other and to chat with them. Overall the experience was great. The house is in a really nice residential area close to Gatwick airport and well connected with the London area. If we come back as I am sure we will we will definitely repeat the experience.

Joanne was so welcoming on our arrival and had the hot tub heated up ready for us to use. Everything you could think of was there for us to use. Unfortunately we had a very busy weekend planned and wished we could have spent more time at the location. We have our next visit booked already and can't wait to use this accommodation another time, spending more time chatting with Joanne and hopefully getting to see more wildlife in the garden.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ricky’s accommodation. It was well equipped with everything we needed plus fresh milk when we arrived which was very welcome. The decor was fun and quirky. Very comfortable bed and we loved the jacuzzi at the end of a long day sightseeing. Great location, near the station and close to The Lanes and lots of restaurants, cafes and bars. Ricky made some great recommendations for places to eat. Good communication with host both before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely amazing, the perfect place to unwind, relax & treat yourself. The apartment and facilities are stunning, bright, spacious and modern, perfectly located within quiet green spaces right next door to a nature reserve, with bunnies and dear outside your window, yet easily within reach (few minutes drive) of large shopping centres, restaurants etc. (Although you won't want to spend much time away from the house once you're there.) The starry sky above the pool, which you can also enjoy from your living room, was my favourite feature. The bright spacious kitchen allows all of you to cook and prepare meals together as a family, if you wish, which is one of the many things we'll now miss. Ghulam and his wife have been wonderful and responsive hosts with perfect communication. Thank you for everything! We can't wait to be back.
