Holiday rentals with beach access in Portslade, Brighton and Hove

Stayed for 2 nights with friends, was a lovely apartment - very spacious and clean. Also had sea views from the window, and is on the main street so easy to access. TV has disney+ and other subscription services. Things to note is that you have to walk up 2 flights of stairs to get to the property and that there's an induction hob (can be a bit of a learning curve) A wonderful stay with a very friendly and communicative host

This beautiful apartment is just a few meters from the sea. There are some restaurants & supermarkets around the apartment. The apartment was found as described. It will be difficult to find something that did not fit. One thing that should be mentioned is the brightness in the apartment. The windows in the bedroom face east. Although there are interior blinds on the windows, a lot of sunlight still enters the apartment. Light-sensitive people should have a sleep mask with them. But we don't deduct any points for this, we were completely satisfied and would definitely come back. Simon was also available at all times and responded to messages very quickly. I use Airbnb allot, personally and professionally. I could not get into the hotel I was meant to be at for two nights so ended up here. I’m so sad that I did not then stay two nights. For working, the conservatory was lovely. Do not do a beach front hotel if you can stay here

Had an amazing time, very nice place with lots close by. The sea front outside the property is buzzing with only a two minute walk to the actual beach. Lots of places to run and spaces for workouts with more facilities being built. Thank you to Simon and Sansan for being very helpful, anything I asked was answered almost immediately. A lovely place to stay while visiting Hove & Brighton. The apartment was clean and tidy and as described on the listing. Jayne supplied us with a comprehensive list of recommendations of places to go and where to eat & drink. We walked everywhere but Jayne also told us which buses to catch to the centre of Brighton. It’s well located in a quiet area but within a short walk to the beach. We would thoroughly recommend it.

Emily is the perfect host response to any question was so quick and helpful, the apartment is outstanding, beautifully designed and quirky, oh and the beds were ridiculously comfortable I could of stayed in bed all day! walking distance to the lanes and beach, a perfect apartment and a perfect location I highly recommend Emily

The host Julie is very polite, very friendly and very helpful with things to do around the area. The accommodation is exactly what is advertised and described. I would definitely recommend to anybody that asked about Julie's place, It was very peaceful and very relaxing, Loved it so much would definitely go back again if Julie was free to book.

Great house in a great location! Quiet road and yet so central

This house was perfect for a family holiday especially with young children. The hosts kindly have lots of toys and games available in the house and a good play area in the kitchen diner, plus a selection in a very private and safe garden. Kitchen is well stocked with equipment, which is often lacking in airbnbs, so you can cook properly. location was also great, short walk to a big park with play ground and cafe(nice breakfast there too) and a bit further too hive lagoons with things to do for kids of all ages. Mark the co host was very responsive and attentive through out. 5 stars! Laurence

Had a great weekend stay in the funky house! Clean and tidy with great funky decor for lots of photo opportunity’s. The host was very responsive to messages and was there to greet at check in. It’s a great location to go into Brighton without being right in the hustle and bustle.

We had a fabulous few days staying at Talita's stunning home. The house is more spacious than the photos suggest and the garden was lovely to relax in. The location worked well for us as a family, as we could relax in the house and walk to restaurants overlooking the sea. For more exciting activities located in Brighton, the buses were a short walk away and frequent and convenient. One tip I would suggest is booking a private parking space so you don't have to worry about paying and moving the car. Transport is easy to use and takes the stress out of travelling. Hopefully we will be able to return one day!

Really lovely little house right in the centre of Brighton. Very clean and had everything we needed to make our trip lovely. Host was super helpful and provided us with all details before we had to ask. Really great time.

Great stay in Brighton. Very central location walkable to all the main sights and close to the station. The place was very modern and looks just like the pictures. Would highly recommend for a short trip in Brighton.

Alan's place was a perfect fit for our stay! It was extremely convenient, right across the road from the train station and a few minutes walk from the event we were attending. Check-in was easy, and Alan was responsive, clear in his instructions, and easy to communicate with. The house was comfortable, clean, and really homey. Although you could hear the music from the pub next door, it wasn't overwhelming, and turned off at a reasonable hour. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing, responsive, accommodating and understanding host :) We accidentally checked in 2 hours early as we didn't read the instructions quite closely, thinking that we had to check in *before* 3pm instead of after! Thankfully, the cleaner that arrived at the time and David himself were completely understanding and extremely kind and understood! The apartment is clean, beautiful and next to amazing locations that are easily walkable. Definitely worth the price and an exemplary place to stay at :)

Very happy with our stay , a lovely clean flat ,great location ,couldn't ask for more , responsive owners which always makes life easier.

Even though there was scaffolding surrounding the entire building for external painting work (out of the hosts control ) the flat was exactly as described and great value for money. It was spotlessly clean, great local recommendations brochure and we had a good nights sleep. The only slight downside was the communal area, which smelt of damp and looked very tired.. again out of the hosts control. The local area was great, very Brighton, a cool and vibrant neighbourhood . I felt very safe leaving my car parked up the top of the road (£7 for 4hrs which I timed to roll overnight ) and moved it to neighbouring streets over our 48 stay. The beach was literally at the end of the street and the Brighton Lanes were only a 17 min walk away along the seafront. My partner and I would recommend Charlottes place to everyone and we will definitely book again

Absolutely perfect stay in Brighton. The place was exactly how described and was perfect for what we were looking for. The free parking is such a bonus and caught my eye when I was searching for a place. The flat is super comfy with everything you need. Will was a 5 star host who was always so quick to reply and even got us a parking permit as we were down in Brighton earlier then the check in time. We will definitely be back.
