Waterfront holiday rentals in Posillipo, Naples

We very much enjoyed our stay in Maria & Alfonso's home ... the location/views of the water, numerous nearby restaurants, and vibe of being in the heart of the Chiaia area, plus their expansive apartment were all fabulous! They were very accommodating by allowing us to drop off our bags while the crew continued to clean before our check-in time (and the house was cleaned pristinely once we were in!), very responsive to any questions we had, and Alfonso was very helpful in coordinating our transport to NAP upon our departure!!!! We'd definitely look to stay with them at their home again!!!

Was such a nice stay by the ocean! Really enjoyed our time here.

Great spot in Naples! Right in the middle of everything and the Spanish quarter is absolutely the most unique and interesting part of the city.

Nunzio's place was great for 3 adults. Very comfortable, and as described on the website. Wonderful garden. The terrace, although up several flights of stairs, is spectacular and no one else was there the several times we used it for drinks or dinner. The location feels very typical of local life, and you can experience a non touristy town with great cafes, Gelato and many nice shops just steps away. The beach is a short walk and has both a public beach and several beach clubs with great bars and restaurants. A short walk to 3 train stations that will get you to all the key attractions in the area.

Departamento muy bien equipado , cómodo y limpio. Excelente ubicación . Lo recomiendo.

Nuestro hospedaje fue exelente! Rosa y su esposo fueron súper amables con nosotras. El apartamento se encontraba en exelente ubicación, súper limpio, con todo lo que uno necesita. La vista es increíble, fue un placer amanecer todos los días ahí. Nos encantaria volver y sin duda elegiríamos alojarnos en el mismo departamento! Muchas gracias por todo, tuvimos una excelente estadía!

From before we even arrived Gennaro was extremely helpful and responsive, giving us directions to Sant’Agnello from Rome. He let us check-in earlier than expected with very short notice and he welcomed us in person to this lovely Airbnb. The apartment was exactly what we needed and we felt very at home here during our 4-night stay. The terrace was particularly great for breakfasts and dinners and a great spot for tanning, with an outdoor shower to cool off with. The location is great being a little quieter than Sorrento but only a short train or bus ride away (which only costs a couple of euros). I would highly recommend this apartment and Gennaro as a host 🙂

This is the best equipped Airbnb we have stayed in. It was close to restaurants and shops. The bay is a short walk away. The area was very busy because of the celebrations for the football but the atmosphere was fabulous. Angelo was the perfect host and allowed us to extend the check out time. We have had a great time in Naples there is a lot to do, great location to visit Pompeii and Vesuvius.

Appartement qui donne sur une terrasse et une vue imprenable. Excellente communication avec Steffi, puis Christian qui gère l'arrivée et le séjour avec efficacité et franche sympathie. il a pu aussi nous recommander des adresses de restaurant, d'excursion bateaux et petits commerce. Excellente prestation. Je recommande ❤️

Maria è una host fantastica, molto gentile e disponibile. La casa è dotata di tutto quello che serve, lo spazio esterno è molto gradevole e funzionale per il rientro dal mare. La posizione è molto comoda, vicinissima al mare (a piedi), alla fermata dell’autobus, a negozi e ristoranti. Raccomando fortemente!

Alloggio perfetto comodo per 3/4 persone e uguale a come descritto in foto, si trova in una zona centralissima a Mergellina, nei dintorni c'è tutto quello che può essere utile e poi si trova a due passi dal lungomare. Maria Silvia è stata gentile e disponibile dal primo momento per ogni nostra necessità. E per qualunque dubbio è stata sempre velocissima nel darci dei feedback. Se dovessi ricapitare nei dintorni sicuramente prenoterò nuovamente qui.

Nous avons passé un magnifique moment Sublime appartement. Sublime vue Hôte très réactif et attentionné à tous nos besoins. L’emplacement de l’appartement est parfait 3 min de la plage et toutes les équipements plage sont à notre disposition Merci à eux 🤩😁

Host reattiva e molto disponibile, ero finito in un altro B&B con lo stesso nome ma in altra zona di Napoli, ho segnalato la cosa tramite il sito di Airbnb ed Alessia si è subito adoperata per aiutarmi. Stanza piccola ma molto accogliente e ben organizzata. Siamo stati in 2 coppie, per pernottamento dopo un concerto, tutto perfetto

What a Jem! Harbor front with an absolutely Amazing view. In the Heart of a truly picturesque location. Quiet mornings turn to a bustling restaurant scene at mid day and evenings. Spoilt for choice of great dinning options at your immediate disposal. Or catch an Island boat tour from your doorstep. Very comfortable and sound proof accommodation with an uplifting decor/color scheme & well outfitted kitchen, which is an appreciated find while traveling. Highly recommend!!

Lidia’s house is beautiful, really spacious and cool with stunning views over the bay. There are lots of places to hang out in the garden and it was really well equipped for cooking and serving meals on the terrace. It felt like a proper home and not an anonymous airbnb which so many feel like today. We will definitely return to stay.

Appartamento caratteristico nel cuore dei quartieri spagnoli, molto carino, ristrutturato e pulito. Carmine é di una gentilezza e disponibilità incredibile, ci ha fornito informazioni di ogni genere e con immediatezza

Fabulous location for experiencing the laid-back Italian life-style with beautiful surroundings. Vico Equense is a buzzing town with lots to do and see, day and night. Very good bus and train services to Sorrento (with onward ferries to the beautiful island of Capri) and historical sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum. If you get a chance, take a drive south to Positano- the coastal views are wonderful. We ran out of time but definitively plan to return in order to visit Amalfi and Ravello. The apartment is very clean and comfortable and has all you need for a great vacation. The outdoor area is spacious and surprisingly private and great for watching the world go by. Alfonso gave us a wonderful Italian welcome and his communication was excellent throughout, as he did all he could to ensure we had a perfect stay.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille. La communication avec notre hote a toujours été bonne, cordiale et très réactive en cas de problème ou question. L'appartement est bien situé en bord du littoral avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et la baie de Naples (du coté balcon et chambre des enfants) et sur le Vésuve (du coté salle à vivre). L'appartement est grand, lumineux, bien entretenu et assez bien équipé. La plage à proximité est agréable. Il y a des commerces à proximité. Le seul point génant a été la difficulté à trouver un stationnement pour notre notre voiture les soirs de fin de semaine (vendredi au dimanche). Si vous venez en voiture, il est surement judicieux d'utiliser le stationnement proposé par l'hote.

Rooms are fine and clean check in is no big deal u can explore Napoli very easily the only thing I missed was a second key and a working air conditioning. it seemed broken or was noisy. please check this anything else is good. I would rebook it if am back in Napule.

Our stay at Marco's place was lovely, the view from the balcony/patio was stunning! The accomodation was spotlessly clean, and we had everything we needed. The bed was comfy and the wifi worked great. Marco was very responsive to any questions we had, and sent us clear information before getting there on arrival/check in, as well as suggestions for restaurants/beaches/transport around the local area. The only thing to be aware of is that there are a number of stairs from street level to the house, so if stairs are not your friend, you might want to look elsewhere. Also, although parking is at the house, which worked fine, the driveway is more of an uphill squeeze, so if you are hiring a car, go on the smaller size to make getting up and down easier. That being said, there is a bus stop litterally outside the front of the house and the buses are cheap and regular, so you won't need to use your car everyday. - We did trips to Naples and Capri via the bus! Leonardo was an excellent host, he was very quick to respond and help us with everything we needed. He also allowed us to leave our bags before check in, and helped us carry them up the stairs! The location was wonderful, very walkable around the island and 2 mins from the port. The apartment itself is bigger than it looks in the pictures, and the little balcony was perfect to sit out on in the evenings. We had a lovely time staying here :)
