Beachfront holiday rentals in Potomje

We enjoyed the stay with the family, and we regretted not having booked more days, because it was cozy in the apartment, and lots of experiences within driving distance. The apartment's terrace had a magnificent view of the sea, so we enjoyed our meals. On the second day, when we got home in the evening, our dog escaped out the door without us having seen it - it had discovered a cat and ran after it, even though the cat disappeared up an outside staircase and onto the roof, suddenly our dog had landed on the roof without being able to get down again. The hostess helped to lead, and fortunately she discovered where it was, so I could get up and save it down :-) We'll be happy to come back another time.

The apartment is better than the pictures show. it is very roomy and comfortable, with a nice terrace and a gorgeuos view of the lake. Perfect for coffee at sunrise. The place exceeded our expectations and I could list many things, but the greatest was being hosted by Erika and Luke. They provided so many details to make is feel welcomed and attended to. I cannot recommend this place enough.

We had a wonderful stay at this seaview apartment! The view is absolutely magnificent — waking up to the sea every morning was a dream. The apartment itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. The location is perfect, just a short walk to great restaurants and everything you might need. Gorana was very friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and the whole experience even better. Highly recommended — we'd love to come back!

A truly idyllic place to unwind. We had a lovely week of swimming, kayaking and relaxing away from people (the property can only be accessed by boat so it is very peaceful and quiet). The host was very communicative - we can definitely recommend and would love to return to this unique property again!!

Matilda is a dream host. With the whole lovely family, they create a cozy, fully equipped, functional place (with access to two balconies overlooking the sea), extremely clean, but in front of everything with a huge, positive energy that is given to the landlord. Always ready to advise or support. "NoStressHouse" is the perfect summary of the approach to life, but also to take guests. An additional advantage is the opportunity to stock up on home, excellent quality products. Full understanding as well for dog members of the family. Great location (close to the beach, lighted basketball court, and exercise yard, as well as many restaurants). All of this made for two weeks lightning fast and extremely pleasant. Andrija is an amazing host. He helped us find his home and welcomed us with wine, recommended a great local restaurant - even calling them for us, and made sure to show us how various parts of the house worked. The home itself is situated on a beautiful cove. The weather did not cooperate to allow us to swim but our kids had fun playing around the yard and at the water's edge. This neighborhood is quiet and not much going on but an easy drive to towns with shops / restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Indira is a warm-hearted host. she made us feel very welcome and kindly shared some home-grown vegetables. The apartment has an amazing view and is blissfully quiet.

Fabulous beach house vibe. We absolutely loved staying right on the beach - beautiful sunlit mornings, spectacular sunsets and easy to swim (even if the water was a little chilly!). Short easy walk into the chilled out village of Drasnice with relaxing seafront cafes. Excellent location on the Makarska Riviera with easy access (by car) to amazing beaches like Punta Rata at Brela. If you fancy a bit of adventure, it's also convenient for the Bikovo National Park with its dramatic Skywalk. Emi was a very kind host, giving us homemade bread and cookies and even a souvenir gift at the end of our stay. Her son Rato was also very helpful and quickly responded to our request for more towels. The house is a cosy beach cottage, quite rustic but very cute. The kitchen is small and doesn't have an oven so it challenged our cooking skills a bIt but we got on fine and there is a dishwasher, washing machine and great shower.

This is a beautiful villa for a stay in Vela Luka! The home is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and the view is breathtaking! Aldo and Aleksandra are very friendly, helpful, and kind. Having three private en suite bedrooms was wonderful and we appreciated being able to each regulate the temperature in our rooms. We also loved having the ability to do laundry. For older travelers or those with difficulty walking, I recommend walking sticks for going up and down the driveway as it is quite steep. My mom was able to manage it with her hiking sticks. Again, gorgeous house, gorgeous location, gorgeous view!

A beautiful apartment in a peaceful location. Everything is spotless and well maintained. Nick is so friendly and helpful including a lift to the supermarket on arrival. A good sized clean pool with comfortable sun loungers set in landscaped gardens which are loving tended. All the beds and chairs are comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The views are stunning - breakfast on the balcony watching dolphins out at sea. A top class apartment that we hope to revisit - thank you Nick and family for making us feel so welcome in your home.

We had a fantastic week staying in the Penthouse! The views are incredible. The apartment was beautiful and is immaculately clean. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Toni was a fantastic host, very welcoming and even let us check in early. He was very responsive if you had any queries. Thanks Toni for a great week!

The villa is fantastic and the local area is quiet but has enough restaurants and bars to keep you busy. Getting in and out of Split is easy and Uber is very good value (do not use local taxis). The standout feature of the property is the outside area including the views. It is easy to access the sea and beach, and the water is beautiful. The only potential to the villa is how it is split across two properties. This was not an issue for us at all, and for some people this may be a bonus, but worth noting.

We were a group of 9 people. The location is fantastic. Very quiet and you can go directly from the villa to the sea. The house was very clean and looked as pictured. The kitchen in the house and also the outdoor kitchen were well equipped and had everything you need. We thought the grill and the pizza oven were great. The house is a bit out of the way. There are no restaurants nearby. However, there are plenty of shopping opportunities and they are easily accessible by car. The house is perfect for relaxing vacations.

Amazing, spacious accommodation with a lovely terrace overlooking the beach and close to all the local amenities. Super restaurants within walking distance and good recommendations from the host who were friendly and responsive. We had a fantastic time. Thank you!

We arrived at the house without any problems and all four of us were really pleasantly surprised by the house and the great surroundings. Everything was available in the house for the first day. We then went shopping to be able to take care of ourselves in the house. The house, the area - just everything fantastically beautiful - keep it up! We would come back. You simply deserve five stars!!

This was our third time in Korcula island and I can say it was the one we enjoyed the most. Great house, well-equipped, beautiful view. The hosts are very kind and extremely helpful, they do all they can to make you have a great time. ☺️

We spent an incredible 6 nights here. The views are out of this world. We loved the easy access to Sveta Nedilja's small but beautiful beach just below the house. The property has so many options for outside seating and lounging, and every corner is as beautiful as the next. We also loved the local restaurant, a 2 minute walk away! Marija is a wonderful, warm and kind host who made us feel so welcome. We cannot recommend this place highly enough!

It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is, the house is stunning and unique in its location and direst access to the sea! I was dubious when I saw all of the positive reviews but this home truly exceeds expectations. It’s beautiful, has great facilities and the beds are SO comfortable and the aircon works really well so it’s always cool. We did struggle to get around without a car but we were recommended a wonderful taxi driver who took us around everywhere! Can’t recommend this place enough and hope to come back again soon! Very nice, neat place! Barbara gave us a warm welcome and recommendations. We had a good spot to park our car and the view from the sppartement was also very nice. Lumbarda is great for families with kids

Bojana was a perfect host, very friendly and the added touches of fruit, fig cake and orange sweets were wonderful and much appreciated. The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly need for our stay. Great location, peaceful and scenic with only a short walk to beaches and the town by the harbour. We loved Jelsa and will certainly return to this very place again. It was a wonderful apartment and Bojana was fantastic. Thank you.

We spent a very pleasant few days in this beautiful apartment. Easy access, very clean, very good location in a quiet area and with excellent views. Irena is very kind and available at all times.

We only stayed for one night but the location was great as it was private and peaceful just like we wanted it. The sea water is very clean there we had a quick swim! The hosts were very responsive and super friendly!

Jasminka's place was an absolute paradise., so quiet and peaceful and picturesque! It's about a 40-minute breathtaking scenic drive from Korcula Old Town and the ferry, so you can have a nice private and quiet experience enjoying the perfectly clear, warm water of the bay and the most incredible sunset views from the balcony, while also being close enough to tourist activities when you want that. You're also walking distance to a charming little village that seems to have a couple local restaurants available during the high season. Jasminka and Jerko were wonderful hosts. We wish we could have stayed forever!
