About 10 minutes from the Magny-Cours circuit, small charming cocooning house. Up to 4 beds, one bedroom located upstairs, double bed and a sofa bed downstairs. Linens provided. Well-behaved dog accepted. Located between Nevers, Moulins, Decize and Bourbon L'Archambault and about 50 km from the Pal. Looking forward to welcoming you, see you soon. Other things to note: you will simply be asked to respect the check-in time after 3pm and the checkout time of 11am to allow me to organize myself.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

This cosy and relaxing house is located in a small village in the Allier (03, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes). You will find a bakery, a mini-market, a bar-tabac, a pharmacy, a hotel-restaurant, a local products shop and a brocante. The village borders the Allier River – ideal for canoeing or fishing – and the house is situated on the GR3, the Way of St. James (Camino de Santiago). Quiet house in the countryside with a large lot. There is a small pond with carp (they love bread) Shops (supermarket, restaurants...) 5 km away with the street art city. Beautiful walks in the area: Allier River 5 km away, Tronçais Forest 20 km away. Near us, the Lurcy-Lévy circuit (5 km) or Magny-Cours (25 km) for racing enthusiasts. You will also be about 1 hour from Le Pal Park, only 40 km from Moulins and its stage costume museum.

Apartment "Le 94"

In the heart of Lurcy-Lévis, come and enjoy a fully equipped apartment that was refurbished in June 2024. It is located close to the circuit and Street Art City, close to Tronçais Forest and 25 minutes from Magny-Cours Circuit. Local shops and services are a 5-minute walk away. Supermarket and gas station are 2 min drive. The apartment "le 96", adjoining, can be rented to offer additional beds.

Cottage by the water and horses

On a private property of more than 3 ha, including our house and a small stable, the 35 m2 cottage is directly on the edge of a 700 m2 body of water and can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of a shower room, an equipped kitchen, a living room, a bedroom with a queen size bed and a mezzanine with two 90 beds. You will have a huge garden area by the water and a wood stove for cooler evenings.

Château de Paraize

A wonderful stay at Château de Paraize: staying in the French countryside with beautiful views of the horses in the fields. The river Allier is within walking distance, enjoy beautiful nature, old towns, wine estates, markets with good food or flea markets. Or bbq with us at Paraize itself, participate in a wine tasting in the old wine cellar by candlelight, or just enjoy the campfire.

Gîte de Mésangy

Close to our farm, we offer for rent this typical Bourbon farmhouse that we have just completely renovated in June 2021. The house is located close to Moulins (30 Km), Bourbon-l'Archambault and its spa (20 Km), Tronçais Forest (20 Km), Lurcy-Lévy and its circuit (7 Km), 20 minutes from Magny-Cours Circuit. You will find a very nice network of hiking trails.
