This is our family cottage home in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is newly renovated, and decorated. We occasionally open it to all responsible, respectful, adult guest who abide by the house rules. No outside guest allowed after check in. It is 6.7 miles/15 minute drive to New Orleans/ French Quarter. We live next door. Absolutely no parties/ Booking Person must be the guest/ no more than 3 guest ever. We may ask for ID. If unsure. before you will be given the key. Wifi and Netflix.

We just finishing build the beautiful double house the Airbnb house is the house B ( house in the back ). Winn-Dixie and others groceries store it’s about 5 minutes walk , to drive to downtown and the French Quarter it’s about 30 minutes drive , we have a amazing local restaurants you got try , my favorites ( El Paso , Umi , Quitutes , Me-me’s , Cafe Roma .... any many more .
