Holiday rentals with lake access in Poznań

It is a lovely home. A great place for us to stay, especially during a rainy visit to the area. The house was clean, the rooms were comfortable. We made nice use of the kitchen. Highly recommend.

I visited Piotr's place in Winter with 11 other friends, and we all loved the house. The gate was a bit tricky to find (don't trust Google, use instructions of the host instead). The house was beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for a large group. And the surrounds were gorgeous - I think they would be even more beautiful in summer. Overall, a lovely place to stay and we would be happy to visit again any time!

The house has everything you need for a multi-day stay. Cozy, warm thanks to the fireplace and in beautiful surroundings for walks. Marcin was always available and helpful. We can definitely recommend the house!

Beautiful neighborhood, the cottage is very clean and charming, equipped with everything you need! We were greeted with snacks, which was very nice ❤️ A great place for a getaway with family or friends! In the garden, there is a lot of space to play + a volleyball court and a hammock stole our hearts. Highly recommend!

We very much enjoyed our short holiday with friends and a baby. Owners are very welcoming and friendly. The house is well kept and of traditional/rustic style, fully equipped, comfortable and offers plenty of indoor and outdoor living space. We would definitely recommend this house to anybody looking for a place to stay in a quiet and natural area.

I stayed one night at this place during a work trip as the location was close to where I had the work meeting. The instructions for checkin was clear and easy to follow. The flat was clean, modern and well maintained. The parking in the garage has a generous space for the car so no worries with getting bumped by other car doors or similar. Checkout was also simple. Overall I had a good stay at this place. The few negative things I experienced was that the bath towels that was provided was very small about 90x50cm, and that the frying pan was made of aluminum so it didn’t work with the induction stove.

Very pleasant stay. I recommend if someone additionally likes the company of a cute kitten.

The host helped me with my luggage , she was friendly and I felt at home.

Nice manager, great apartment and room with balcony, big sense of privacy, peace and quiet:) very close to the Maltese lake and not much further to the center. I recommend!

We had a great time. The apartment is quite small. Great for a short trip. Very well located. Directly at the apartment there is the “Plan B” with very good coffee. About 5 minutes away is the "account type" - also highly recommend!

Great places for a short stay in the center of Poznań! The apartment is perfect for two people, fully equipped and very clean. There is a public transport stop right at the exit of the building. We stayed here for the duration of the event at the MTP fair and at any hour (even at night) we could easily get to the apartment.

It was a wonderful experience at Wojciech’s place. The home is spacious and super clean, everything as expected. It is next to one of the biggest malls with plenty of food options. Plus, it’s close to tram stations, making it super easy to explore the city. The host was incredibly responsive to my messages, always friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay again if visiting Poznan next time!

very good communication. Apartment was beautiful. A small recommendation: blackout blinds or curtains in the bedroom. It is absolutely too bright for sleeping.

The apartment was very nice and large, so we had more than enough space with our dog. The smart TV allowed us to watch Netflix in the evening as well. The apartment has a private dock on the lake which was beautiful and our favorite place. The outdoor area could have been a little more well-maintained, here you had to clear your way to the dock and clear tables and chairs of spiders and their nets. It was very cool in the apartment, so even in warm temperatures we always had a retreat. Julia had put water bottles in the fridge for us and prepared towels and blankets. All in all, we enjoyed the time at the place very much and can imagine coming back. Thanks Julia, you are a very friendly host.

Peace,quiet, and the sound of trees, and the silver plate of the lake between the trees, is enough to relax . I recommend it to anyone who appreciates peace. My husband was focused on fishing ,but unfortunately we learned from local anglers that the tenant was fishing nets, and we couldn't catch any proper size fish☹️

The stay was very successful! The cottage inside turned out to be much more spacious than in the photos. Well-equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, and a large plot of land picturesquely located in the forest – an ideal place to rest. Comfortable beds, everything well taken care of. The only downside is the lack of heating in the upper room – on cold nights it can be cold there, and the fireplace cannot heat this part. Additionally, many networks have poor coverage, and the lack of Wi-Fi can be a hindrance – it is worth preparing for it in advance. Besides, check-in and check-out went smoothly. I recommend it!
