Great house in a very beautiful area

la casita salinera de Fran y Eva is an ideal place to enjoy a relaxing and peaceful stay in the Almadraba de Monteleva. The sunrises and sunsets from the porch are breathtaking and the location is unbeatable, surrounded by the best coves of Cabo de Gata and with very good restaurants in the vicinity. We will definitely stay here: 10/10

Our stay in Javier's big studio was eventful with the tail end of a gale bowing outside - we could hardly walk down the street. Be aware that in January there was not much open but Javier directed us to a couple of good ones and also to some interesting botanical gardens. He was responsive and friendly throughout.

The house is just like the photos, it was clean and very well furnished. We had a fantastic time, it's in a good location to visit Cabo de Gata and different beaches. You can park near the house easily. Juan José was very friendly and helpful at all times. I highly recommend his place.

The house was lovely and the view is beautiful the outside space and pool are small but was perfect for my husband and i . Very clean and a great base to explore the area from would definitely recommend.

Luxury with the simple. The house has everything you need to spend a pleasant stay and enjoy the surroundings that is a wonder, with beautiful views. A nearby town with easy access to all the beautiful things to see. Just 3 km away you have Las Negras for shopping, drinks on the same beach and restaurants where to eat. At 4-5 km you have the playazo and Cuervo cove, which you can walk along a beautiful road. Cabo de Gata and La Playa de los muertos are 30 minutes away. And 20 minutes away in San Isidro de Níjar you have big supermarkets. Isaac has been very kind and helpful at all times to what you needed. Do not hesitate, if you are looking for simplicity but in return what is already difficult to find, it is your place. Oh, and with beautiful views.

The apartment is exactly as the pictures promise! Great sea view, everything very clean and everything you need is there. We had a great time there and Pablo is a good host who makes sure you have everything you need!

Charming apartment with lovely pool just a short walk from the beach and several great bars and restaurants. Supermarket conveniently located 1 min away. Mojacar is stunning. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Highly recommended!

Cristina’s apartment was perfect! Great location for the beach and the apartment pool was very nice also. The apartment is well equipped and clean and has everything you need. Cristina and her family are super nice people and it was a pleasure to meet them. We will be glad to return next year for a longer stay!

The house is beautiful, very comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Pozo de los Frailes is a quiet place, ideal to rest, but well connected to other interesting places in the area. Alicia was an exceptional host: friendly, attentive and very flexible with the time of arrival — she greeted us in person at 10:30 pm! You can tell that you have a lot of affection for your home and that you want to share that appreciation with those who stay in it. We really appreciate the little details, such as leaving us coffee in capsules, and something salt, sugar and oil, which make the stay even more pleasant. Without a doubt, a highly recommended experience.

Villa Jarapa is ideal for disconnecting for a few days in Cabo de Gata. The accommodation is very cozy and was very clean when we entered. It is spacious and has a very nice patio for breakfast and dinner. It is very close to San José, the Isleta del Moro and the beaches of the Genoveses and Monsul. Alexandre was a very good host, clear and precise instructions and very fast communication. Pet accommodation is allowed and that is greatly appreciated.

It is a very nice stay where you can sit in the sun and shade with the roof terrace and front garden. All the necessary amenities in the house are present and clean, and the nice books and toys for children are really a hit, top! The location is wonderfully quiet, and also has nice restaurants and tapas bars just a stone's throw away. Lucrecia has a very nice house and is also very nice in the contact, and responds almost immediately. Thank you so much!

We spend two nights in Patricia's cottage . She welcomed us very warmly , had already provided a mobile gas stove, for which we were very grateful. There were fruits, tomatoes and drinks ready and she gave us lots of great tips for excursions in the area . The interior of the house is very cozy , everything is available to take care of yourself. Outside it is beautifully designed and invites you to sit. Since we only had one full day available, we started early. The area in this natural park is spectacular, we loved the small places on the beautiful beaches . Unfortunately, many restaurants were closed , the season at Cabo de Gata ended Mid October . We would like to thank Patricia again for her hospitality .

The apartment has a beautiful setting right next to the beach with a cute balcony to admire the views when eating or relaxing. The accommodation is spacious with a minimalist feel. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchen/living area is the jewel of the flat with excellent, spacious facilities to cook and relax. There are restaurants and bars very near by and people are friendly. There is a large modern shopping complex a 15 minute walk away although we found local facilities rather limited. There is a long promenade in each direction which is great for long walks/bike rides. We loved cooking, relaxing walking and admiring the views, a prefect apartment for all of those.

The apartment is very complete, comfortable and with everything you need. Impeccable cleanliness, and a very quiet area. It's been a great stay!

We had a great time, both in the area and in the apartment. The area where it is located is what we liked the most, next to the beach and the bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean and has all the amenities: large fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher... Ana's service was outstanding, she was attentive at all times. He welcomed us and explained everything related to the apartment. He also provided us with recommendations for the area, both for beaches and restaurants. When we get back, we'll repeat for sure
