Newly renovated apartment on the shores of Lipno with a unique environment. Ideal for family trips or active stays with the possibility of fishing. It is connected to the lake by a water canal, which is intended for anchoring boats. A boat equipped with an electric motor can be rented from us. Direct access to the garden, swimming pool, volleyball court, table tennis table, slides and swings, outdoor fireplace with seating. The lake is a paradise for fishermen, the beach is within easy reach. The bike path around can also be used for in-lines.

Welcome! The mini-apartment is offered as the owner's weekend apartment. (Sharing my own place, not a commercial property.) You will find full amenities here: a stove with fuel, a kitchen with coffee, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a projector (2.7 m diagonal) that can be viewed from the fold-out sofa and from the mezzanine bed. 17 m2 is a good base for excursions. It is located in an apartment building that was once the Zdíkov Brewery. You won't find a reception like in the nearby chateau hotel, nor a common area. But you will find privacy.

The Šumava town of Chvalšiny lies at the foot of the Blanský Forest. Come and see the Schwarzenberg Canal Museum, where you will also find an attractive model of the work. From the window you will see the Gothic Church of St. Mary Magdalene with a large oblong square. 1 km from the house is Červený Dvůr with an English park and 10 km away is the beautiful Český Krumlov with pearls that you must see. Very spacious but cozy, modern and fully equipped 3+1 apartment with two toilets and a washing machine, furnished in a modern retro style, is located directly above the brewery with a beautiful view of the square with a Gothic church. All amenities of the city (shops, restaurants, cinema, bus stop, etc.) are within a 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is especially suitable for two families or a group of friends in a maximum of 8 people.

Apartment at the Hermit

The apartment, 5 km from Český Krumlov, is designed for undemanding clientele, has its own entrance and my mother lives in the other half of the house. The apartment has an ideal location as a starting point for hiking, cycling, swimming in Lake Lipno and skiing in winter. The advantage is the nearby railway station for trips to Šumava or a visit to Český Krumlov. Pets are not welcome - we have a dog.
