In the price of 20 kWh of electricity/night, deposit of CZK 7000 payable on arrival by transfer to the account. Municipality fee 30 CZK/person/day. The space is not meant for celebrations, parties and similar events.

The cottage is located in the Dob Voda cottage area in Horní Planá less than two kilometers from the Lipno Dam. Great for families. The place has activities for cyclists, fishermen, mushroom pickers, tourists.. Not far from Good water is all the amenities for visitors: restaurants, shops, cultural and information center, summer cinema, hiking and biking trails, beach and a lot of summer events organized by the town of Horní Planá. The cottage is heated by an electric INFRA heater, a pellet stove, and a fireplace.

We offer modern accommodation in the newly built half-room Hnízdo Na Hůrce na Lipně, ideal for families, friends, cyclists and skiers. The cottage is located on the outskirts of the village of Hůrka, by the bike path and 150 meters from the Lipno reservoir, ideal for active holidays and relaxation. The accommodation has 82 m² on two levels, 3 bedrooms, a terrace and a garden. The pool on the premises is shared and is open in July and August. The other half of the duplex is also owned by us and is not rented.

In winter you can go cross-country skiing directly from the lodge. The ski slopes are only a few minutes away by car.

This apartment is located in the village of Hory, it is a quiet location at the beginning of Lipno Lake. The house is located directly on the bike path between Horní Planá and Nová Pec and is also close to a small maintained beach, about 400m from the house. The 35m2 apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen, oak double bed 180x200, sofa bed for everyday sleeping 160x200, dining table, TV and free WIFI. The apartment has its own spacious bathroom and balcony.

Wooden Cabin Zuzanka at Lipno

Lipno's stylish, renovated wooden cottage Zuzanka is located in the Hůrka recreational area, within walking distance of Lipno and right next to a cycling path. The cottage is situated by the forest on a spacious, grassy, enclosed plot offering privacy and a fire pit. For children, there is a large swing, slide, and sandbox. This peaceful accommodation is a place for everyone to truly relax. The cottage has just undergone renovation and modernization. 😉
