This place is absolutely wonderful. The design is both elegant and cozy, with beautiful decor and attention to every detail. The amenities are excellent, everything from the fully equipped kitchen to the spacious, comfortable rooms made our stay very enjoyable. The surroundings are calm and picturesque, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time. It’s ideal for families, groups of friends, or anyone wanting to get away from the busy city life. The host was friendly, professional, and always quick to help. I’ve stayed at many places, but this one stands out as one of the most pleasant and memorable experiences. I highly recommend it!

We stayed in the house for 1 month and loved it. Very beautiful and quiet location but close enough to the action as well. The house itself was in a very good shape and extremely clean. The hosts were very responsive and pleasant to deal with. I can recommend this beautiful house 100% and I hope to stay there again.

I know it sounds cliché, but Wolfgang’s house is home away from home. It’s modern and clean, comes with a deep pool, and has a fully stocked kitchen including all the appliances one might need, in case cooking is your thing. The location is perfect because it’s away from all the noise but only a short scooter ride away from restaurants, cafes, malls, bars, etc. Wolfgang provides a precise location a few days before the check-in, so the house is easy to find and the self-check-in itself is a breeze. Last but not least, Wolfgang is friendly and responsive and makes sure you have the best stay possible. I’d definitely stay at his house again in the future.

Awesome stay! Really first rate. The apartment occupies two floors, and each room is much larger than appears in the pictures. The wee pool is a particular delight. Loads of character. For perspective, we stayed the following nights in a fancy resort, but felt much more comfortable at Mark's place, for a fraction of the price.

Quick communication. Early check in and check out was possible without hassle. As was a booking adjustment for a mistake I made (booked a little too long of a stay). Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. Internet was good enough for full hd streaming. All in all very good price, especially for the location. Near market and beach.

Overall, this was an amazing place to stay—spacious and clean. We have previously stayed at La Casita twice, and this experience has been the best so far. The wardrobe was well-equipped with plenty of hangers, and we appreciated the clean sheets and bath towels. However, there are a few areas that could use improvement: > A dustbin in the living room would be helpful. > Providing shower gel would be nice, especially since we arrived at night without any, while the previous stays had included it. > A clean sponge for washing utensils is necessary; the one next to the sink was quite dirty. > The A/C in the bedroom wasn't cooling as effectively as expected. I'm unsure of the cause, but the living room A/C was fantastic, which helped a lot. Overall, I would definitely return to this place; it's a fantastic apartment in a great location. A perfect stay with a view that could cure jet lag! I spent a few weeks in this apartment and honestly – I couldn’t have asked for a better place. Everything was spotless (I’m talking “eat-off-the-floor” clean), peaceful, and that view from the 23rd floor? Breathtaking. I could’ve stared at it for hours – and, let’s be honest, I often did. The location was super convenient – with shops and restaurants just around the corner. I never had to walk far for a good meal or some essentials. Derek was friendly and helpful – communication was easy and smooth the entire time. All in all, nothing to complain about. Just a lot to appreciate. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Hua Hin!

Highly recommended! The location is absolutely perfect, right on the beach and with Market Village just next door. The room is beautiful, incredibly cozy, and meticulously prepared, with thoughtful touches from the wonderful host, Khun Thanyalak. We felt completely at home and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay.

We had a great stay. Lovely pool area. Host was very responsive and kind, got us a taxi when we where stuck in bad weather.

So, all the positive comments about Desmond's place are well deserved. I just spent 4 nights there, and of the 5 places I have now stayed in Hua Hin, this is the best. You can see the basics here on the listing, but I also appreciated the quality furnishings and extras - Marshall bluetooth sound speaker and a hand held garment steamer, to name a few. Thanks, Desmond, I'll be back.

Stay as your place with a luxury condo room style even the building is quite old (>15 years) but values to the money with a private room, beach, and various food street by walking 5-10 mins. Anyway, the swimming pool is not good as it should be 👉 I don’t like chlorine water, tiles, & dirt; it should be improved. Overall: the best place for staying in Huahin ✅

Absolutely Stunning Hua Hin Getaway! A Perfect 5-Star Experience! Our stay in this one-bedroom apartment in Hua Hin was nothing short of perfection, earning a resounding five-star review! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by everything this property had to offer. The amazing pool was undoubtedly the highlight. It was beautifully maintained, sparkling clean, and incredibly inviting – the perfect spot to cool off and relax under the Thai sun. We spent hours enjoying its refreshing waters and soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. The apartment itself is incredibly comfortable. It was evident that a lot of thought went into the design and furnishing, providing a true home-away-from-home feel.  The location was ideal, not far from the beach, allowing for easy access to the soft sands and gentle waves of Hua Hin. We enjoyed leisurely strolls along the shore and the convenience of being close enough to enjoy the coastal beauty without being right in the hustle and bustle. Final

Great location, comfortable apartment, and a kind host! At first, we were worried because of the construction nearby, but it turned out that with the windows closed, it didn’t bother us at all.
