Excellent stay, quiet neighbourhood and very close to tram stop and supermarket. Yana is an excellent host who helped me with problems instantly. I stayed for 10 days and it was a great stay. Kitchen was fully equipped .

This place was perfect for our trip to Prague! Right across from a beautiful park, and walking distance to good restaurants! Comfortable and clean beds and top tier amenities! I will be back!

We had a wonderful stay! Located in a quiet and beautiful area. Everything is new, modern and absolutely clean. Shops for everyday needs and public transport are conveniently and quickly accessible on foot. Valerie welcomed us very nicely and was extremely helpful. We can only recommend the place!

Nice apartment with balcony in a surprisingly nice neighborhood. Quiet and relaxed, but still with a lot of good restaurants. Close enough to walk to both the castle and the old town, but also close to trams and subway. Nice host, would love to come back.

We spent 10 days in Kristyna's house and had a great time! We had mostly good weather, so we could use the pool. Pleasant: the inside is a kind of tarp and not tiles so nice and comfortable without sharp edges. Every day outdoor dining, BBQ used a few times, great beds, screens for all windows, air conditioning through almost the whole house. There are 3 bedrooms but 1 of them is on the landing of the other 2 bedrooms and there you have a little less privacy. Kitchen is fine (there is only no oven) Lots of private garden/space around the whole house. There is another small guest stay nearby, but that didn't bother us at all and the garden can possibly be screened further if you want. Pool and garden are private anyway. For those who want to visit Prague: park your car at the P+R ‘Cerny most’ and take the metro to the city center. Metro is €1,- p.p. and parking was €2 for a full day

We were a group and had a very nice weekend at the house. Everything was exactly as described: cozy, well-equipped and ideal for our stay. Communication with the hosts was also warm and straightforward. Only for the cleaning condition in one or two places there is a mini point deduction. Overall a great house where we felt comfortable - a clear recommendation!

Kornelia doesn't just rent out a place to stay, she rents out a home. From the beginning, everything just fit: - Personal check-in with explanation of all necessary things - She fulfilled individual wishes - Everything was clean and in good condition - The furnishings could not be better, especially in the kitchen. In addition, extra bed linen and many towels. - Fast and friendly communication before and during the stay I can only recommend it to everyone, especially if you come with family and want to stay longer. There is a small playground with soccer goals and a basketball hoop within 2-3 minutes' walking distance. We left a soccer ball and basketball there for the next guests. Cornelia, thank you for this great and relaxing stay!

Very nice place, Nicola was very helpful and kind, despite our late check in. They helped with my dad who needed assistance up the stairs and were very accommodating with anything we needed! Would highly recommend this place!

Beautiful cozy wooden house located directly by a stream located and surrounded by mountains and forest. We felt comfortable right from the start. Everything we needed was there. As it would be cooler but we fired up the wood stove and the whole house became even more cozy.. Really highly recommended!

The property is a little outside and is located in a quiet residential area. The city railway is about a 10-minute walk. The apartment is relatively small, there were two of us and there with a dog. It was a little too small for that. The apartment is as described on the pictures and has a flexible check-in via key code. The host lives directly at the adjacent house and was very friendly and easily accessible.

The place is beautiful and has all the amenities you need for your stay. One bed can be found in the bedroom and children's room, the other sleeping arrangements are the sofa or an inflatable mattress for the gym. The whole living-dining area is spacious, and the garden is also beautifully landscaped and intended to linger. We didn't miss anything.

Excellent stay at Ephraïm's. The accommodation is very nice: very clean, cozy, with a lot of amenities, tastefully and carefully decorated. We felt right at home there. Ephraïm is a perfect host: he sent us very precise emails for our arrival, recommended restaurants/bars/places, was flexible on schedules, responsive to our messages. And the ultimate: not only was there food (dry grocery + fruits + fresh products) but we also had the chance to have homemade bread. The best Airbnb we've been able to do so far! Thank you so much!

Apartment recommended for several people, it has plenty of beds. The area is very quiet and well-connected. Michal was always very pleasant and responded very quickly, and also gave us local recommendations and parking facilities.

Great place, great location. Very peaceful and quiet. Super responsive. The kitchen faucet was broken and they sent a repair man on a Sunday. Highly recommended!!

Martin's place is great for both travelling with family or friends. Near a nice mall with a big Tesco for groceries. Public transportation to the city takes a bit of time but several trams near the location. The apartment was spacious and had all of the amenities (including dish-washer poes and laundry detergent). Could have been a bit cleaner but otherwise nice.

Perfect cozy retreat for two in Prague! This apartment exceeded our expectations with its thoughtful amenities and private location. The host was incredibly responsive and provided fantastic local recommendations plus crystal-clear check-in instructions that made arrival seamless. The apartment itself was wonderfully comfortable with an exceptionally cozy bed that guaranteed great sleep. Having a washer and dryer was incredibly convenient for our stay, and the host's detailed instructions made using them effortless. The kitchen came well-equipped with a microwave and fridge, while the Netflix setup and projector created perfect evening entertainment. The balcony was a lovely bonus for morning coffee. One minor note: the bathroom sliding door needs a repair, but it didn't impact our stay at all since we simply left it open. Overall, this apartment offers incredible value with a responsive host who clearly cares about guest experience. Highly recommend for couples visiting Prague!
