Definitely recommend this flat,clean,great location just a few blocks from the bus stop which was really handy. Super markets & restaurants around,safe quiet neighborhood, great amenities. 10/10

Perfect, I was very pleased with the stay. The owner is very nice, and everything was explained very clearly. I highly recommend it.

The unit is just as shown in the pictures. Very nice and clean place. New Development. Building seems to be very safe. A key is needed for the main door to access inside in the building. Safety and security was big for me and this place did feel secure. The cleaning lady was amazing and helpful. Rooftop is shared so laundry is left to dry up there but I never had any issues with my neighbors. Only downsides were the water did run out and we did not have any running water for a few hours. The master bedroom door did lock on it’s own and would not open, there was an issue with the handle it came loose and was not operating properly. Besides those two hiccups I enjoyed my time there. I stayed for about 15 days and felt at home.

Nana is an exceptionally accommodating and warm host! She personally welcomed us and provided us directly with some valuable tips for the area. The apartment is very well equipped, flooded with light and lovingly furnished. Nana was always available for us and even helped us book a rental car. We were allowed to check out flexibly, which saved us a long wait at the airport. With Nana as a point of contact, you don't lack for anything! A thousand thanks. ❤️

The place was spacious, way larger than the photos present. It was a lovely surprise. The house, community and host welcomed us as if we were family. The host was very communicative and helpful. The neighborhood is walkable, peaceful, safe, beautiful, with a beach up the road. There are restaurants around and stores walking distance. We are very lucky and grateful to have found this place and definitely recommend!

Hanspeter was a accommodating host and we are grateful for his energetic organizational support ahead of our trip. The bungalows are very nicely decorated and extremely clean. They are located on the outskirts of the village, it is only a few minutes walk to the beach and there is a little more peace in the evening than in the village center. If you are looking for relaxation and tranquility paired with warm climate, Maio and Hanspeter will not be disappointed!

A friend and I stayed at Maria's place as we were visiting Calheta for the first time. From my initial outreach to Maria, she was always responsive and very accommodating. Maria and her family were very welcoming and friendly. They hosted us for a lovely breakfast and a few unexpected friends even came over. Maria's place is in a very walkable area and close to a beautiful cliff over looking the ocean. Highly recommend.

Very nice accommodation, well located and very clean on the beautiful island of Maio. We arrived at 9am and were able to directly access the accommodation with transportation included from the port. The infinity pool is very well maintained and allows you to perfectly contemplate the sunset. Access to a private beach is also present and allows extreme tranquility.

The stay was perfect. Isolinda is a caring, welcoming and caring host for her guests. It seeks to meet the needs and desires of people. I would definitely stay again. Thank you also to his uncle who was incredibly kind and available.
