Beautiful House with swimming pool in Rio das Ostras, Bairro Mar do Norte, Condominio Sol Maior - in front of the beach - Rua Baixa do Sapateiro 305. 24-hour security. Condominium with lots of trees and birds. Children play on the street without any worries. Mar do Norte Beach is beautiful. Good for swimming, with many coves surrounded by rocks that form pools with calm waters. The beach has many attractions: kiosks, volleyball, soccer. You can visit Búzios (60 min), Arraial do Cabo, Cabo Frio.

Cozinha interna e área gourmet completa Sacada e Varanda , estacionamento privativo para até 4 veículos . Excelente p/ quem busca conforto e bom gosto em otima localização.
