Holiday rentals with beach access in Praia da Barra da Lagoa

Makian's apartment was impeccably tidy and very cozy. Very good shower! Comfortable bed and bath linens. The apartment's windows are on the side, and it is possible to have a beautiful view of the beach. Very nice to admire. Bakery, restaurant, shops… and much more, are very close to the apartment. We were treated to some pampering and we were grateful for it! The garage was a differential for our stay. Makian was always quick to answer our questions. Everything went well and the stay was great!

The place is great and calm and Gustavo it's a great host. He answer quickly and was flexible with our last minute check-in. The area is great and the way to the beach is super cool. The house has everything you may need. I strongly recommend to other guests.

This apartment is very well located, offering easy access to Barra da Lagoa beach and local shops. Equipped with everything you need for a long stay, it provides comfort and practicality in everyday life. It is in a quiet, familiar and safe environment. Oziani was attentive and helpful.

Perfect location and close to beach, trails, town, nightlife, and one of the most places in Florianopolis! I highly recommended it. Chris gave us great tips on what to do and where to go.

The apartment matched the photos and description. New, clean, well decorated, airy, well equipped, located in a building with a great structure. The rooms are spacious and have a nice balcony with a beautiful view. The location is great, close to the beach, shops, bakery, restaurants, pharmacy. You can do everything on foot. The host responded quickly, gave all the necessary directions about the location and the apartment, great communication. Always very kind, we had flexibility in the dates and time of entry. I intend to return.

Apto very good, with good accommodation, full kitchen, very good shower, nice jacuzzi. The property is in a beautiful resort, with several attractions, such as trapiche, lagoon, saunas, swimming pools, even thermal ones that have an excellent temperature for cold days. Gicele gave us all the necessary information and was very kind in the flexibility of schedules. We intend to go back for sure.

It was two incredible days in this sensational house! Cozy space, well cared for in the smallest details, everything extremely clean and organized, with all the utensils and more than we needed! Well received by Valmi, we received tips from locals near the region, his wife was also super welcoming and attentive! Wonderful view of the sea, the super well-kept garden that makes it cozy. A special space in the garden to set up a coffee or afternoon tea table with a view of the sea and a space for a fire, we take advantage of all the environments!

Thanks to Paulo and Janet for their warm welcome. We were 3 adults with 1 6 year old child and 2 1.5 year old twins and they did everything to make us feel at home. Our twins were even able to get a baby bed each! The house is perfect for a family, and very safe with young children (Thanks to Paolo for the small barrier that allowed our children to play safely on the patio). Great location: access in less than 15 minutes walk to the beach area where you will find restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors, souvenir shops, ... A supermarket is also a few minutes walk away, not to mention our favorite: an ice cream stick dealer at the end of the street! Thanks again to Paolo and Janet, we recommend their place 100%!

Juliana is one of the best hosts I've experienced, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at her home and with her playful and friendly cats. Good location for beach through a exotic and a little hidden lagoon pathway, and good distance to the market for groceries. I would love to come visit again!

The space is wonderful, it's the second time we've been there and we'll be back again, it's really good.

The blue window house is wonderful, super well divided, with an equipped and functional kitchen! Well-built barbecue and wood stove. We spent incredible days as a family, watching the spectacular sunrise. Even with a few rainy days, we enjoyed it a lot. Sandro is very helpful and a great host. We'll be back!!

Excellent place, just as in the photos, Gabriel is a great host helped us a lot, we will definitely be back, near pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants, I recommend renting a vehicle to visit the entire island, 10/10.

It was an incredible experience, John's apartment is extremely comfortable, everything was clean, cozy and the view of the beach is the most beautiful thing. I loved it; and I will definitely come back more often.

What a place! I already fell in love with the photos, but in person it's even better. The sunrise is incredible, the apartment is all new and very well decorated. Very comfortable and the sofa on the balcony to rest and see the sea is priceless. Worth every penny. Best Airbnb find. I recommend it and I'll be back for sure.

Ricardo & Gabriela were great hosts! Great communication and the rental was amazing. The apartment had everything we needed - comfortable beds, washer/dryer, kitchen supplies for cooking and eating, 2 bathrooms with hot showers, and more. The condominium also has a wonderful pool, hot tub, sauna, play room for kids, and a beautiful walkway that goes down to the beach. We saw so much wildlife on the walkway and on the beach! Capybaras, monkeys, turtles, crabs, and many beautiful birds. Within walking distance of the apt there's a supermarket and a few restaurants, so if you don't feel like driving but need some food or home supplies, it's not a problem! Gabriela was very helpful with quick responses to all of our messages. Our stay was so good we were looking at prices of homes in the neighborhood because this is just an amazing place. 10/10 one of the best places we've ever been.

Paradise place in front of the beach , wonderful couple that received super well ,place smelling ,clean ,with all necessary utensils for a great stay , I highly recommend,we will always return...

The apartment is new and very well taken care of. All rooms were extremely clean and the apartment has many appliances that help in everyday life. The parking space is also good and holds SUV vehicles with maneuverability. The condominium has a Thailand-inspired garden, with many plants and a great leisure structure, outdoor swimming pool, indoor heated swimming pool and with ray, very well equipped gym, better than a lot of hotel. The hostess was always very solicitous and answered all my questions. I recommend it!
