It has a large fenced and wooded lot. Ideal for 5 people. It is three blocks from the center of the beach and a 10-minute walk from the most famous bar on the beach, Bar do Zado. The land has a privileged geographical formation in its surroundings, which allows you to see the sea and how the waves are.
