We will definitely come back! The place is beautiful, super neat, the view is wonderful. Juliano was extremely attentive and careful, we were greeted with treats and a plaque with our name! Communication was quick and easy! Juliano gave us some tips on great restaurants on Praia do Forte. It's easy to walk to the beach, which is super quiet and very beautiful! 20 minutes from downtown Florianópolis and less than 5 minutes by car to Jurerê! What enchanted us was the view, the calmness of the place, everything very clean and organized! The bathtub is great after a day at the beach! If you like quieter beaches, without loud music, the beach of the fort surprised us! Thanks Juliano!

The most beautiful and cozy place near Florianópolis! The house is beautiful, clean, with a warm and cozy pool. We were greeted with all the instructions for use. The best part was the restaurant recommendations Victor gave us. Access to tourist sites is very easy. Easy access to supermarket, shopping. I'll definitely be back!

Place top, flawless house, well-equipped. The Internet failed a little bit, but nothing that annoys much. What left to be desired was a work beside the house, a neighboring building. Village that the masons woke us up every day at 07 hrs in the morning with a lot of noise. Everything was perfect.

Very comfortable hotel, with good access and quite well attended at all times. 100% recommended and I would return to the same hotel in the future.

Great space, very comfortable and sensational location. Well-equipped building, with a beauty salon, a snack bar with great prices and parking. It is extremely well located, right in front of the Ferris wheel. It has a beautiful view of the beach. There is a market nearby, which makes it easier. The apartment is very comfortable and very complete. Very soft bed and bath linens. We had no problems, but Daniel made himself available and always responds quickly. Super recommend. We plan to return.

Genuinely the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. To start off, Jessica is the best host, always responsive and very kind. She even added an extra day to my stay for free when she heard about my travel plans changing. The house it self is old but that gives it charm. Her grandpa built it and you can tell it’s treated with care. Although it doesn’t say it on the listing this house could technically sleep 9. The view is stunning and they even have sign for a lookout point. The view alone is worth what you pay. It is very private and you are the only house on the mountain. The walk on the beach is maybe 30 steps, so don’t let that deter you from booking. Jessica’s mother is also very sweet and created me with a big hug. Jessica gives you recommendations on food and deliveries. The house is also near the popular sand dunes. Overall book this Airbnb if you want to have an amazing stay!

Mariane was always very kind, attentive and agile in all interactions. I felt like I was at my parents' beach house: welcomed, comfortable, safe and completely at ease. It is good to remember that, now in the cold, the place is naturally more focused on the summer. But if you like to have a good drink, cook with a breathtaking view, feel the peace and quiet around you, and walk in the cold with the feeling that the beach is all yours... I highly recommend it... d++++ really! I prepared a beautiful lasagna, pizza and a Bolognese pasta there. The kitchen is 100% functional and complete, perfect for those who like to cook! For those looking for a premium place and love the beach in the summer, then yes: you will be in a real 5-star. Simply GOAT. Tip for those going in winter: Take a shower during the day, the water comes out hotter!

Monica and Branco welcomed us very well, gave us attention and made our stay wonderful, the loft really makes us feel at home, we were able to rest, and enjoy the place a lot, combining our taste of being close to the beach and having the coziness of the room to rest in front of the sea, not to mention the wonderful breakfast served by them. The place is incredible, the house is simple and extremely cozy, we went in search of escaping the hectic routine of everyday life and there we had privacy in a calm, peaceful, quiet place, at night we only heard the waves of the sea and at dawn we could see the sunrise which is beautiful from the pier. It even rained a little at night, but during the day there was a beautiful sun, which made the place even more perfect.

100% recommended. Fabiano is very kind and clear in everything. While Mrs. Laura helped us by providing everything to make our stay feel like home. The place and the beach invite you to disconnect in a great experience. My parents and I left the place very happy.
