In the backyard, there is a kiosk equipped with a pool table, ping pong table, card table and foosball. And in the backyard, a volleyball net.

Buses pass every hour on the parallel street, taking you to the center and other beaches you want to visit. It is the main house of the Residential complex, the entire ground floor. The space is not shared with other guests. Complete house (with all basic utensils), ready to welcome you during your stay.

The chalet is 100 meters (2-minute walk) from the sea, Passo de Torres, SC, and 4 km (10-minute drive) from Torres Beach, RS, bordering SC. The chalet is fully furnished, with a complete kitchen (all utensils), 1 full bed and 1 bunk bed, with bed linens, pillows, blankets. The bathroom has an electric shower (towels, soap, toilet paper, hairdryer). We offer free Wi-Fi. The total area is approximately 25 m2. We do not accept reservations longer than 10 nights, nor monthly.
