We love our stadia. The house is great, the same in the photos and as described in the listings. The location is wonderful, beachfront, but close to markets, bakery, commerce, we were walking when necessary. The beach is clean and with few waves, excellent for children, and the best thing is that from the backyard you can see the children playing on the beach. We were very well received by Cícera, who showed us where everything was and was always very solicitous and friendly. I hope to return soon...

It was wonderful days in this heavenly place! Alexandre was excellent, always responding quickly. The crossing from the pier to the house was smooth. The stay was sensational! The house is even more beautiful than in the photos, and the beach is spectacular, a true haven of contact with nature. Sometimes it feels like a dream, surpassing all expectations. We went kayaking and stand-up paddleboarding, an amazing experience. Waking up listening to the sound of the sea and finding the coffee made by Raquel, with her contagious spirit, made us feel at home. Raquel's food and Milton's caramelized popcorn and barbecue are top-notch, he made a huge bonfire, he's always ready to help. Brenda keeps the rooms impeccable and decorated with charming details. The house has everything we need, and if something is missing, Milton provides it. Everything is perfect with the help of the Hosts who live in our hearts. Without a doubt, the best Airbnb stay! Juliana is a great host and the house is nice, convenient and perfect as a beach house. Has all you need to make your stay perfect. Security in the Compound is tight, sometimes too picky when it comes to guests entering the premises, even for a day visit. Plan ahead and register them in advance. The house is beautiful and has a smart architecture, providing spaces for both conviviality and rest - not to mention that it is very close to the beach. The kitchen is complete with several utensils and appliances, which was very welcome to our group that had children. Erika was very kind and proactive throughout our stay. My days in the house were amazing. Eduardo super friendly and helpful, facilitated my check in, cleared all my doubts. A Hero a sweetheart, always available. She checks every detail of the house before delivery. A light was in bad contact and she promptly brought someone to tidy up. When there was a power outage in the neighborhood and sent msg she was super fast on the return. Which in the end did not even need, because the energy dropped for less than 10 minutes. The girls who helped us in the kitchen and organization of the house were also amazing, super attentive, organized and helpful. The house is super complete, clean and smelling bed and bath linen, even beach towel made available. Full kitchen, gourmet area. The pool wasn't warming because it was still summer season, but it was air-conditioned. The house is super close to the beach, which is very private (there is no kiosk or walking - only the ice cream boy) the region is super quiet and safe. The house is too beautiful, I loved by vdd!

Our stay at Casa Tiê was amazing! The house is beautiful, new and super charming! It had everything we needed and the description of the listing was faithful to what we found there! This house is such a special location, we loved staying in this architectural gem! The glass fronts offer stunning views over the sea, you are surrounded by the jungle-like nature and animals. The beaches nearby are absolutely stunning, just note that the food options in walkable distance are closed at night. We had a really wonderful, relaxed and quite time in Felix, exploring the neighborhood, surfing, hanging by the beach and of course enjoying our livingroom views! Also communication with the hosts was super smooth and quick and check-in was very easy, would 100% recommend staying here!

The house has a great location,well aired, with access to two beaches, private security. Me and my family liked it so much that we were there in 2023 and now 2025. Victor is attentive and always answered our questions. My family and I recommend it, whoever you are won't regret it.

Excellent house as advertised, safe, airy, no smell, main item for those who have an allergic family member, we only used the car to go to other beaches, the main services can be done on foot, flexibility in check-in and check-out times, host is a 10. We will definitely go back and indicate .

Mateus was the one who welcomed us and handed us the keys. He was at the place waiting for us, took a tour of the house and throughout the stay responded quickly, was helpful, friendly and gave several tips about the beaches. The place is really very close to the beach, a 10-minute walk to Prumirim beach. The house is very well equipped, but there are 2 points that could be better: • The TV is very small in relation to the room. From where the sofa is, you can't see it properly, so we had to push it closer. • In the bathroom of the suite there is a whirlpool that does not work. It is not listed in the ad but appears in the photos, so we went with the expectation of using it. We ended up filling it with hot water from the shower and boiling water on the stove. When we went, there was a construction project in the house next door, during the week there was a lot of noise from a jackhammer, hammering, etc. If you are renting in search of silence, ask the hosts about the situation. Despite this, we liked the experience and would easily return.

Full house, spacious and well-functioning. It is not far from the beach. It has comfortable furnishings, spacious rooms, working bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, mainly with electrical utensils. Good communication with the owners. I just thought the check-in time was too late. We made early check in with an extra fee payment of about a quarter of the amount of one night. I also think it is valid to make it clear that there is only a small parasol available (important because the house accommodates up to 11 people and the parasol holds no more than 3 people). But super recommend the house. Great cost-benefit and would come back easy!

The house is beautiful, comfortable, very cozy, the jacuzzi is wonderful, Luciana was very quick and kind when we had problems with the safe and the check-in and check-out times, everything was wonderful. We'll be back for sure

What a wonderful experience to spend the weekend at the house! My boyfriend and I were very well received by Flavia and her husband, a very nice couple, and Flavia made sure to help us with anything we needed. The house is breathtakingly beautiful and with a lot of attention to detail in the decoration. It feels like a family home. The bedroom and bathtub upstairs were a great plus and we were very comfortable. The proximity to the beach was sensational and being able to hear the waves breaking from the house was priceless! We highly recommend staying at this house and we will definitely return to take the family with us.
