The place is beautiful the house is very well located!! The structure of the house is impeccable, it was an amazing week with my whole family, children, teenagers, adults and the house served everyone, in addition to being very cozy and with a house face even had all the necessary apparatus to meet the demand of a super family in addition to being super clean for our arrival!! Very good space for those traveling with pets, a major reason for choosing the stay. It has a large yard, a very well-equipped kitchen, and new, good mattresses. The location is very quiet, less than 5 minutes by car from good restaurants in Meaípe and the most beautiful ones we know in the Guarapari region.

Great space close to everything, everything brand new, air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, a great hot shower and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Excellent value for money. I work once a week in the city, I will always come back

We loved our stay, Nara welcomed us very well. The house has a structure to make everyone comfortable, including children. We were greeted with a delicious chocolate cake and a personalized welcome sign. All rooms are clean with a set of bed and bath, clean and new. Large and comfortable bathrooms, with hygienic shower and good showers. Full kitchen, super clean with shining pots and cold mineral water. Well-structured and equipped outdoor barbecue area. Children's Toys. Comfortable living room with internet and cable TV. Soap, toilet paper, detergent, new clothesline ropes… Everything available that made all the difference. We were offered the rental of chairs and beach equipment, which greatly facilitated our tours. Our stay was very good and comfortable, the hosts welcomed us extremely well, even worrying about our return home. If we return to Guarapari, we will stay there again.

Great stay! The house is very well structured, it has everything that is necessary for us to make ourselves at home. The location is very good, with no need to use a car to go to Praia do Morro.

Very nice place, wonderful backyard and the house had everything we needed. Kitchen complete, clean bedding, very large bathroom. Very close to the beach, bakery and general commerce. Super recommend it.

We love hosting! The apartment is comfortable, very functional and is in a wonderful condominium. Marisa was super gentle, relaxed check-in and checkout, and communicated with us promptly. We will certainly return at other times.

The penthouse is exactly like the ad photos. The kitchen is actually complete, with quality pots and utensils. There was an electric watering hole and a gallon of reserve mineral water. Undoubtedly improving refrigerator and freezer of real estate that I have already rented. The host, Maria, is a very educated and always helpful person. We were greeted with a table set and a lemon pie ( I loved this delicacy). bed linen and towels were very clean. I loved the penthouse. We barely returned home and are already planning to host in the penthouse again.

I loved the space! Sauna, swimming pool, everything very clean! The only thing I missed was having a closet or any other furniture to accommodate our personal belongings and clothes. Even if the stay is brief, or not, I don't like having to leave them in the bags and the bags on the floor. I saw a space in all the rooms that could be a closet, maybe in the future... Just one observation, because the house in general is very comfortable and both Pollyana and her mother are always proactive... the whole family loved it.

Second time we stayed with Mosie and Evaldo. It is once again enchanted with the comfort, the view and the tranquility of the region. For those seeking rest and comfort, it is the right place (both the apt and the beach of Peracanga). Mosie and Evaldo always helpful, giving any and all necessary support. The apt is extremely comfortable, wonderful beds and showers, utensils for leisure on the beach and in the apt available, care in every detail, from decoration to communication. I found the apartment better live than the photos. Everything is very clean! Very spacious. The host does not work on Saturdays, but she attended to me promptly, and managed to hand me the keys. We were 7 people very well accommodated. The wonderful view, the fantastic location. All items are working. The kitchen has all the utensils described and working. I think it's worth putting a Wi-Fi signal repeater in the hallway. The apartment is very long and the router is in the living room, and the signal does not reach the bedrooms.

In May 2025, we went to Guarapari and were delighted with the location of the apartment. The view is beautiful, especially in the morning. We were able to enter before the scheduled time. There is a supermarket nearby, which makes it easy to buy necessities. And a point of attention is in relation to the key. Identification is required each time you enter the building. But we understand that it is about safety. Would recommend to others.
