Excelente localização: a 200 metros da praia ,perto da orla de Atalaia e Passarela do caranguejo com muitos bares e restaurantes. Além disso fica a apenas 10 minutos do aeroporto, de carro. Acesso fácil a transporte público e no seu entorno tem casas residenciais, comerciais e galerias com lavanderia selfservice . A energia é cobrada a parte.

Great House to reunite the family and spend a different weekend. It has 3 bedrooms, a garage, a barbecue area and a space for a party, with a capacity for 50 people. All rooms are air-conditioned. The house is next to a grocery store that has everything, and right next to it there is a butcher shop and a delicatessen. Nearby we can find pharmacy, health center, church, restaurant, among others. It is 800 meters from the Orla de Atalaia event square.

It has a garage ideal for cars that are not wide, as the garage is long but narrow.
