The stay was brief and in this short time we have already seen the whim of Erica and her team in this wonderful and cozy hotel. We loved the comfort and organization of the apartment, Erica was very kind and left us some treats in the fridge, we felt very good. The pools are very nice, it is ideal for walking with children there. Thank you for everything and we intend to return more often 🙏

The Apartment even better than we thought. Corresponde to the images, extremely clean and organized. Flexible checkin, password key, facilitating access… owner always responds fast and very attentive. Tasty pool and great environment especially for those with children. Near Beto carrero, we went on foot. Easy to access location. We regret not staying every day of the trip in Penha. We will definitely return!

Super clean, impeccable environment as in the photos, not to mention the super soft bed, I slept super well, and what a wonderful shower, I felt at home. We went and came back from Beto Carrero on foot, in addition to the beach and market being very close, very well located!! I'll be renting again on another occasion. I LOVED ❤️ IT!!!

very good and organized place! everything clean, full kitchen, and space for children to play, it's exactly as advertised! Erika responds quickly to questions and with great politeness... she was very helpful! and facilitated our check-in earlier as there was a possibility! Renata, the maid who received us, was very polite and friendly, gave us directions to places around and tips about the accommodation... in short, it is very worth it!

Strengths: Like the ad, it has barbecue, big and good sun guard, it's clean, comfortable. We went into three people two adults and one child and it was super quiet. It is a quiet place. The host was super requested and responded quickly. Negative points: Chuveiro leaves little water, I believe it is the plumbing. The steps to climb the bed is very narrow, but we can climb sideways. We miss an extra stool to sit at the table all together. The internet was very bad. But although the experience was great, we highly recommend it. We recommend picking up the container from behind as it has greater privacy. We will definitely be back.

Local, exactly as described in the listing, gives about 10 minutes by car to BCW Park, has groceries and bakeries in the neighborhoods. Impeccable Limpeza, all you need to spend a few days. It is not suitable for those who want to prepare food on-site, although they have a burner induction stove. It has no parking, but it is easy to park on the street. Overall, it accommodated us well. It was a quiet place to rest for those who spent the day in the park and visiting the surrounding sights.

Excellent accommodation, modern , a beautiful terrace on the top floor with a spectacular view, close to the beach and downtown. Modern and safe building. It has a garage what is essential in that area. Quick response from the host pending at all times of our concerns .I would definitely stay here again.
