The apartment is as shown in the pictures. Very nice and with all the quality furniture and beds. It has all three full bathrooms and super equipped kitchen. Regina is always available. The building is very nice and comfortable this is in front of a small but very good restaurant that also serves the beach. The beach in that sector is very cute and clean. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartment has silhouettes and umbrellas for the beach. apartment and super recommended host!

Wonderful family weekend at Casa do Araçá!! The house is very wide, cozy and airy. All were very well accommodated in the 6 air-conditioned rooms, linen and bath towels. All very clean and organized! The kitchen is very well equipped and the dishwasher makes it easy. For leisure, the beach is beautiful and peaceful. The kayaks and stand-ups had a lot of fun for the family. My son also played a lot in the leap. A special highlight goes to Rose and Sandra, hiring them was a great choice, because the food is delicious, the house was clean and we could enjoy the day at the beach. They even make dessert!! Livia is also super attentive and passes on all the necessary information. It really is a foot in the sand!

Host Herlon is extremely helpful. The house itself is a spectacle, we spent a wonderful week, the heated jacuzzi facing the sea was very much enjoyed. The house is spacious and accommodates everyone very well. All rooms have air conditioning, television and iptv. Quiet and cozy place. I recommend it!

We had an amazing stay! Mr. Anderson was always very attentive and helpful. The apartment was super clean, well maintained and with all appliances working perfectly. It had everything we needed to spend a wonderful week on vacation. The condominium is excellent, with a heated and normal pool (which made all the difference for us), as well as a gym, SPA, cinema and a very friendly staff always willing to help. It was a memorable experience. We can only thank you and we would definitely come back!

Maria Eduarda's house is very nice, the place is amazing, styled in the sand! The garden of the house is very large and perfect for sunbathing, Yoga and outdoor activities. The view is amazing both at dawn and during the day! A paradise even for those who like tranquility and privacy! This time we stayed in April and May is very good because few people circulated there, because due to the wooden deck that exists, in high season the frequency of people must be great, and we always seek something more private and quiet! We hope to return another time! I highly recommend it!

The apartment is very nice, it had everything you need, the view is a dream. Sitting on the balcony, listening to the sea, and having a barbecue with ocean views, the best. The hosts responded to our questions, I would definitely come back. 🤗🤗

It's worth every penny spent, besides being in my opinion the best beach in SC, which is Itapema, the apartment corresponds to each group, from small to the whole family, the building itself is very quiet, the neighbors I met were all nice people, the location is very good, around there are restaurants, pizzerias, snack bars, supermarket, pharmacy, conveniences, that is, you can leave the car in the garage and do everything on foot. I recommend it for those who want tranquility and calm and to have the feeling of the true foot in the sand.

The house is very good, the view is beautiful. 3 bedrooms with air-conditioning very comfortable for sleeping. The kitchen is complete, Beach utensils too. The only problem of the house is the access staircase, many steps, for whom it will take a lot of things can be a little exhausting.

The stay was perfect. Super-equipped house, clean, excellent location, foot in the sand, a wonderful sunset. Super-loved hosts, Laura very attentive, always willing to help. We intend to go back. :)

Even with 2 days of heavy rain during our 3-day stay, we had a wonderful experience! The location of the house is excellent, extremely close to the beach, and the structure is so comfortable and well prepared that the rain did not interfere with anything. The house is spacious, very well equipped, with enough bed and bath linens for all guests. Communication with Carolina was impeccable, always agile and attentive, ready to help with whatever we needed. We can't wait to go back. Everything was perfect!
