Villagio less than 100 meters from Boracéia beach within the Morada da Praia Condominium, family atmosphere, 24-hour security, parking for 1 car, collective pool, private barbecue area. The condominium's infrastructure includes a market, pharmacy, 24-hour first service, chapel, bakery, shops, restaurants and best of all; surrounded by the Atlantic Forest. Noise or loud sounds are not allowed, the rules of the condominium must be respected. We do not rent to youth groups!

Our stay is in a Villagio, in the Condominium Morada da Praia, next to a reserve, very close to the entrance (you won't need a car to get to the beach). Enjoy all the security and convenience within the condominium: pharmacy, market, shops, restaurants, pizzeria, leisure, medical center, etc. You'll be able to use the pools in the listing photos (use is shared among the 12 houses). The stay does not offer: bedding, towels, blankets and food. Pets are not allowed.
