The apartment was modern, cozy, and perfectly located in Copacabana. A special thanks to Pedro for the warm welcome—he took the time to show me around and explain how everything worked during check-in. I’ll definitely be back. 10/10!

O apartamento é lindo, tem uma vista PERFEITA! Estava muito cheiroso, limpinho… roupas de cama e banho muito boas! O atendimento foi excelente, tive alguns contratempos pessoais e o Evandro foi extremamente compreensivo, uma pessoa super fácil de lidar, entrada e saída foram tranquilas, sem excesso de exigências! Indico 100% e quando precisar, é lá que eu vou ficar de novo!

O apartamento é tão aconchegante que você passa horas deitado na cama e apreciando a vista da praia do Flamengo. Moveis novos e modernos. E o melhor: Pet é aceito e na região tem muitos cachorros também.

El departamento tiene una ubicación inmejorable, a una cuadra de la playa, cerca de restaurantes y locales comerciales. De fácil acceso a distintos lugares de Río. Cuenta con seguridad las 24 hs. Gabriel siempre respondió inmediatamente ante nuestras consultas, amablemente. El departamento coincide con la descripción totalmente. Es un lugar delicado, con una decoración preciosa para sentirse a gusto como en casa. Muy recomendable para disfrutar de esa linda ciudad.

Nous avons séjourné à 4 dans l'appartement d'Olivier, et que dire à part que nous n'aurions pas pu rêver mieux. Olivier est d'une sympathie inégalable, très réactif et prévoyant. L'appartement est parfaitement situé, avec une super boulangerie juste en bas, et surtout à proximité de la plage de Copacabana (environ 5 min à pied). Le quartier possède beaucoup de commerces, vous ne manquerez de rien. L'appartement en lui-même est magnifiquement bien décoré, et chaque décoration nous raconte une histoire. L'appartement était très propre et tout est déjà fourni (serviettes, gel douche, shampooing, fer à repasser. bonus : climatisation ). Dernier point : la vue est à couper le souffle. Les maisons en face s'éclairent à la tombée de la nuit, et on a également un aperçu sur la mer. Nous sommes tristes d'être rentrées, mais très contentes d'avoir vécu cette magnifique expérience.Nous étions toutes d’accord pour dire qu’il est impossible de trouver un meilleur Airbnb. N’hésitez pas une seconde !

Our family enjoyed our stay at Aki's apartment. Aki had a local manager, Charlotte, who spoke English and was very helpful during checkin and to recommend local things to do and answer any questions. We opted for private transport that was organized by them which made getting to and from the airport easy. The apartment had beautiful views of Copacabana beach. Our family loved the living room hammock near the big window overlooking the ocean. The apartment has some board games for kids and a TV setup with the various streaming services and a public profile to use while there. We made use of the provided beach chairs instead of renting at the beach. The apartment has security who gets photo IDs of the guests and opens the door for you, and the apartment has a pin code, so there is no key to carry around. We felt safe inside the apartment complex and when walking to the beach. Walking to the grocery store was fine during daylight hours but not ideal at night. We would stay here again!

A casa é realmente ótima e muito fidedigna à descrição aqui do Airbnb. Extremamente confortável, com quartos amplos, área de lazer muito agradável, localização bem boa e toda a infraestrutura necessária para a estadia. Internet na casa toda, utensílios de cozinha, toalhas, travesseiros e roupas de cama à disposição. Além disto, nas poucas dúvidas que tivemos fomos prontamente respondidos pelos anfitriões no app. Só temos que agradecer à eles pelos dias aprazíveis que passamos.

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

Em relação a casa também corresponde e digo mais: supera as expectativas do anúncio. casa espaçosa ,área gourmet espetacular ,quartos ótimos e bem cuidados ,cozinha que supre todas as necessidades que uma família possa precisar,enfim passamos uma semana incomensural ,nota máxima para o espaço 😄😄😄

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. Our 8-day stay at this location in Rio was absolutely amazing. The host organized an airport pick -up for my team and I and was there to greet us. The host gave us a tour of the home and left fresh fruit for us to enjoy. The home is in a great location with stunning views of the beach and is not too far from Copa and other attractions (20-30 minute uber drive). The home itself is well-maintained and was very comfortable for a group of 4. I’d highly recommend this home.

Diogo received me in such short notice, and was flexible with my check out time. Marianna was also really helpful, responsive and communicative. The place was cosy and had all the utensils needed. Will deffo recommend.

A casa é muito gostosa, simples mas com tudo no lugar. Agora o que se destaca é a comunicação e gentileza da Dominique, a anfitriã.

Acredito, sem dúvida, que este é um dos melhores espaços de Copacabana. Explico: ambiente novo, espaçoso, limpo, muito sossegado; cozinha perfeita, com todos os utensílios necessários ( cafeteira elétrica, liquidificador, tostadeira, etc ). Tem água quente em todas as torneiras e a ducha é de ótima qualidade. Os dois ares condicionados são novos e com os filtros limpos. Todo o local é muito limpo e organizado. Não falta nada! A rua é praticamente dentro de uma vila e não tem barulho nenhum. Fica perto da padaria Pão e Companhia - que vende os melhores biscoitos de polvilho com queijo; do botequim Adega Pérola; de muitos bares, mercados e de academias, além de estar menos de 100 m da estação de metro Arcoverde. Além do mais, Gregório é um exemplar anfitrião: sempre disponível e com uma atenção diuturna. Voltarei sempre , a espaço este espetacular, quando voltar ao Rio, se tiver disponibilidade!!!

We were in a group of 4 and we all enjoyed our stay. This airbnb was very close (walking distance) to lots of good restaurants and Leblon's shooping mall and to the beach. The host was super attentive and was always helpful when we needed. The place was clean like the pictures and we would definately book again if we ever come back to Rio. Overall is was an great experience.

We enjoyed our stay here and would love to come back! The view is better in person than in the photos and the apartment itself is very comfortable for 2 people. The space was very clean and cleaning service comes in daily if requested. Very walkable area and felt safe with 24hr downstairs security. Thank you so much for an incredible stay!!!

We had a great stay! The host was very nice, friendly, and always willing to help. He promptly answered all my questions and even gave us great suggestions for places to eat. The location is perfect. It is centrally located near stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and just a short distance to the beach. The place felt very secure, which was a big plus. Thank you for having us!

Ótimo lugar para ficar, acomoda super bem 9 pessoas, não usamos muito a cozinha mas está muito bem equipada, chuveiros muito bons com agua quente, está numa localização ótima tem muito restaurante, cafés, supermercado, farmácia, a praia tudo perto, não se escuta o barulho da rua.

O apartamento é exatamente como descrito, possui todas as comodidades necessárias para uma ótima estadia (inclusive para longa permanência). Localização excelente, a uma quadra da praia e próxima ao comércio (mercado, farmácia, padaria, restaurantes etc). A comunicação com Joaquim foi muito rápida e clara, ele sempre muito educado. Em uma próxima viagem ao RJ, ficarei no mesmo apto!

Olivia’s place is absolutely perfect. Very charming and nicely decorated. Very spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families! We were 5 there, me and my wife, a 75y old and my 2 kids (12 and 9 year old). It was perfect for all. Spotless clean and located at a very quiet/calm residential part of Leblon, but at same time at only a 5min walk (literally) from everything good Leblon has to offer (beach, restaurants, bars, nice shops). Very safe and modern building with all amenities. Garage spot should you need one a major plus. Olivia is a wonderful host (very responsive and make you feel at home). Don’t hesitate to book it.
