Holiday rentals with a pool in Praia de Garatucaia

Wonderful stay! The house is really fascinating as in the pictures. We had flexible check in and check out and Inês was very helpful and attentive at all times, including on arrival, when we had a problem with the keys. Everything was impeccable, very clean and organized, very comfortable accommodations and very well behaved our group of 13 people. The kitchen is extremely well equipped, we did not lack any utensil. Inês indicated her trusted cook, Mrs. Regina, for whom I can only dedicate compliments and thanks for the wonderful meals she has prepared us, as well as being a sweetheart, love of a person. The view of the outside area is breathtaking! Structure of the leisure area also impeccable. The deck gives access to the beautiful sea of the island, with kayaks available and also with the right to observe marine life. Easy access to Figueira Beach by the condominium, about 3 minutes walking distance. Mercado makes delivery at the house, which made it very easy for us. Perfect stay and super recommended by us!

The house is excellent, everything is very clean, organized and well cared for — really impeccable. Unfortunately, we couldn't enjoy it as much as we would have liked, as we were working, but the little time we spent there was sensational. The host, Gabriela, was wonderful: always very helpful and responded quickly to all our messages. Without a doubt, we will return and recommend it to everyone!

There is no better word to describe this house than wonderful! The kitchen is extremely well equipped, with everything you might need: coffee maker, freezer, sandwich maker, cake shapes, pizza and hamburger, blender, pressure cookers, frying pans and more. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, perfectly accommodating my family, which included seniors and a baby. Sleeping to the sound of the waves was a relaxing experience, like a real natural white noise. The house has many bathrooms, which makes it much easier for those who travel in a group. The swimming pool is great, and a big difference was the swimming pool, which kept it clean on a daily basis – something that, in five years of Airbnb home stays, had never seen before. The view is simply spectacular! Those who know Garatucaia know that this is a point that does not require comment. Finally, the hosts were exceptional: always helpful and ready to answer any questions. Without a doubt, we want to come back more often!

The apartment is very spacious and everything was well clean, towels and impeccable bedding. The condominium is very cool, huge pool area with hot water well tasty for cooler days like the ones we spent in Angra. Very nice Academy also with mats and some other basic equipment. The host gave several cool tips for places to eat and speedboat trips to do on the outskirts. We love your stay!

The apartment was in accordance with the listing description, great location next to Shopping Pirata, 2 km from the center, very close to the highway if you want to visit the beaches of Angra by car, there are very good beaches following the direction of Mangaratiba. Very nice condominium area, for those who prefer convenience, there are tours that you can arrange in the condominium area and the boats stop at the condominium pier. The accommodation exceeded expectations: everything as advertised, with everything working perfectly and the apartment impeccably clean. Excellent location, next to the mall and 5 minutes from bars, shops and more. The hotel restaurant offers delicious food at affordable prices for those who prefer, and the pool view is simply stunning. Everything is wonderful!

From the beginning, Vinicius was extremely attentive and responded quickly to our requests. The apartment is exactly as described and corresponds to the expectation. Comfortable, easy access, located in a great condominium. There is a marina in the condominium itself, so we didn't even have to go out to do boat trips, just go down, very practical. Apt as described in the description. Quiet building with lots of features. Wide Parking. Smart TVs in the living room and suite. We like it a lot.
