Imóvel em condomínio, com duas unidades, cada uma com sua piscina individual, e em pisos distintos. Cozinha completa. Wi-Fi de 350 M de cortesia, tv smart 45”. Chuveiros com aquecimento por boiler externo. Espaço com churrasqueira. Fácil acesso a prainha em frente a casa - 50 metros. Piscina sem proteção/barreira. Crianças menores de 6 anos devem ter a supervisão de um adulto responsável nesse espaço. Aceitamos pets de pequeno porte, taxa de R$ 150,00, para até 2 pets, 4 cadeiras de praia.

Amplia casa a 400 mts. de la playa y a 100 mts. del centrinho. Capacidad máxima para 6 personas. Acogedora y confortable. Excelente vista a la Laguna de Ibiraquera en el deck. Mirador en el punto más alto del morro con vistas al mar. Dormitorio principal en suite con cama matrimonial (sin A/C) , 1 dormitorio con 5 camas individuales y baño externo. Entrepiso con 1 cama doble. Living y cocina. Ducha exterior y parrilla. Deck externo. Estacionamiento privado para dos autos. Wi-Fi bueno y seguro.

Our space is designed for our guests. We have a space measuring 1,500 m², a safe location, a complete and equipped house, a pool table, a heated pool, a whirlpool area, access to a private lagoon, a paddle board, a kayak, etc. Our location is privileged by natural beauty. We are located about 2 km from Praia do Rosa, but in addition to this beautiful beach, there are other beautiful beaches also in the region, such as Praia do Ouvidor, Praia da Barra de Ibiraquera, Praia do Luz, etc.

House in front of Siriú beach, Garopaba... fantastic place, sleep with the sound of the sea! House accommodates 8 guests comfortably. Very cozy space! From summer to summer... from December to March, with its high season. April to May, with the famous "Indian summer." May and June, the traditional artisanal mullet fishing. From July to November, the whales visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access by ramp! Covered garage for two cars.

Matadeiro Cabin - Tucano

A cabin in the midst of nature, in the south of the island of Florianópolis. Far enough to be in peace, and close enough to enjoy the beach. Located 300 meters from Matadeiro Beach and Armaçāo Beach and 13 km from Florianópolis International Airport. The Tucano hut is on a plot with other huts, please note that there will be other guests transiting near the Tucano hut.
