Alessandro's apartment is even better than the photos advertised, incredible view. Cozy apartment, great rooms, lots of bathrooms, perfect cleanliness, good beds, wonderful showers, very good space! Our group was very well accommodated and we loved the accommodations. We already knew the condominium, it has great swimming pools, sauna, spa, good beach and the best of all, it is always without crowds of people. Our stay at Alessandro's accommodation was very worthwhile. I can't help but mention the kindness of Alessandro and his wife, who always responded quickly and did everything to please. I was very welcome! The place is amazing! I loved it all! It makes you want not to go home! A paradise! And the best I felt safe, the condominium's environment is very familiar. In short, it was the best tour I've ever taken! A lot of nature around, there's no disliking! A lot of gratitude!

Great accommodation, better than the photos. Impeccable cleanliness, clean, smelly bedding. Well equipped kitchen, water filter, everything working perfectly. Sandra informed me about useful local service phones, and was kind with regard to questions and time of check in. The apartment is very close to the beach and Van point, for those who need to travel without a car. The condominium is great and very complete.

It was an amazing weekend! For those who like a family atmosphere, tranquility, fishing and beach, you will love it. All very clean and organized. Mr. Luís is super helpful. One thing that caught my attention was having detergent, sponge and toilet paper in the bathroom. We often leave in a hurry and forget to buy and arrive at a house that the host has available is super valid. They were wonderful days and we will definitely be back. Amazing view!!! Not to mention the hammock to rest with a beautiful landscape! Congratulations, great house!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property, a pastoral location, with a private dock, easy beach access and a beautiful view. We got the apartment fully equipped and tidy and the sofa that opens into a bed was an amazing bonus! Demetrius was available at all hours of the day- throughout the day he maintained the place, answered any questions, helped and was friendly and welcomed us with a smile!

We had a canceled location close to the region and contacted us to find a quick place not to miss the day, and we were promptly answered and we were able to enter the house right away! Thank you! All served as described!

It was an incredible day, house as described, comfortable, everything clean, we were very well attended. Quiet, quiet condominium. The beach is nearby, we went on foot, the waterfall is beautiful, it's really worth visiting. Bernardo is an excellent host, always asking if everything was okay, he gave us great tips about the place, and when I needed him, he responded very quickly. He facilitated our check-in and checkout. Great apartment, it has all the necessary utensils and appliances to prepare your meals. It provides bed and bath linen, a differential from other accommodations in the same region. The host Patrícia was very kind and proactive in all contacts, before and during the stay. Condominium with security and good structure for leisure. It is close to Conceição do Jacareí (2 km away), where we can find good shops to buy necessary things during the stay and to eat. Pharmacies and restaurants in this region deliver to the condominium. Anyway, it was a great cost benefit, returning to the region, I will stay in the apartment again.
