Super charming, newly renovated apartment with a lot of style and good taste! Quality accessories and amenities! The place is much more beautiful and tasteful than it looks in the photos! Andréa is a responsive and friendly host, who helped us with several things. The accommodation is very well located, in a secure building with a 24/7 caretaker. It is well-equipped, clean, spacious, bright. It was a pleasure!

Very stylish beachfront loft with beautiful views of Barra Beach. The loft has everything you need for a peaceful and comfortable stay. Conveniently located near Beach Bars and a quick 5min walk to Avenida Olegário Maciel loaded with restaurants, bars, a gym, and supermarkets. The front desk is very helpful during your stay. If you are looking for a less touristy spot near Rio with less hustle & bustle than Copacabana, this is the spot at a great rate.

The chalet is even more beautiful in person, the photos are beautiful but the vibe of the place along with the house is another level. Everything is extremely quiet, clean and organized. Laudemir was very helpful, responded quickly and already explained everything. The beautiful garden, the delightful view, very good taste in the entire cottage. A place to truly recharge and organize your mind. I hope to have many other passages out there ❤️

A beautiful space with amazing views. My family of seven had more than enough room. We arrived at 2am and had no issues accessing the home. There was a 24/7 security Marco was wonderful and was always up waiting for us. The house is located in a quiet residential area. people were friendly and we were close to everything We used uber to go everywhere it was super inexpensive. The kitchen was well-equipped and l was able to cook meals for a large group. The hosts were easy to communicate with and very responsive to all concerns l loved the peace and serenity this home provided during our stay in Brazil. Thanks to our hosts

We had a great stay! The house is exactly as in the photos — modern, very comfortable, clean and extremely well cared for, with all the necessary items for a couple. The decoration really caught our attention, everything was impeccable. The condominium is very safe and quiet, which made us feel very comfortable throughout the stay, we felt at home! A special highlight goes to Ohanna, who was super kind, always quick to respond and very proactive in ensuring that everything was perfect for our stay. We recommend for sure and look forward to coming back soon!

If you are reading the comments to decide, your search ends here, this house is a find, a house built on the sand, the real foot in the sand, a paradise, by far the best house I have ever stayed in, a view that has no equal, a very quiet place and with a lot of privacy, the house is exactly as in the photos, very clean and everything new, we will definitely return.

The house is very beautiful, the internal lake and the view are the strong points. Good beds and bedding, we missed more towels because we went in the cold and it was difficult to dry. One point of attention was that two dogs, one of them a pit bull, entered through the back of the yard, I found the situation dangerous, especially if someone had children, the lower part is not fenced so it facilitates the entry of animals and people. The space matches the photos, but the beach no longer has sand, it had rocks. There is no cell phone signal 30 minutes from the house, and the instructions to get there need to be more detailed with reference points.

Andre was a truly amazing host. He lives nearby and treated us more like friends than guests. We were even invited to his birthday party — an unforgettable and authentic dive into Brazilian culture. The home is located about 1.5 kilometers up a rocky dirt road, with a 300-meter elevation gain — which probably makes a huge difference during the hot season. The views of the granite mountains are stunning, and you really feel immersed in nature. Monkeys are frequent guests There are fantastic hiking trails nearby, including one that leads to a waterfall, and I especially recommend the trail to Chinesa Vista — one of the most breathtaking views of the city from above. It’s about a 30-minute walk each way and a great little workout

I just visited on fds and I'm delighted! The place is simply beautiful, with a surreal landscape that seems taken from a movie. Every detail was thought in very good taste, and the energy of the environment is wonderful. A true refuge, for those we imagine ourselves to live for many years. Simply passionate! It was very nice, Leandro always communicated in a friendly and courteous manner (thank you for the note with delivery options). Very quiet and romantic surroundings. Beautiful walks and simply beautiful to sit and look out. Perfect for a couple's time out. We'd love to come back! Car would be an advantage.

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all the utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bed linen, hygiene items in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't seem like an airbnb apartment but a home, the care with the details (decoration, books, etc). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the ad. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay in the city for another day and the reservation was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

Since our first contact with Tiago and later with Renata, we were extremely well oriented and welcomed. It was our first trip with our baby and Renata was super empathic and helped us with her experience and brought safety. The accuracy of the ad, the quiet days in the condominium, the good cost-effectiveness of the restaurant and the excellent cleanliness of the Apt made all the difference. We did not cook, but I noticed enough items to do what is necessary for a couple and up to 2 children. After our great experience, we highly recommend hosting Renata and Tiago. And that if you're afraid to travel with your children, especially babies, count on them for unforgettable family days.

Wonderful little apartment in a gorgeous historic building tucked away on a back street of Ipanema. This place felt a bit like a movie set with its picturesque exterior and interior! Very well decorated and equipped inside, nothing else we could have wanted. Washer and dryer in unit was amazing to have. Location was very nice, secluded on a quiet little side street but 5 mins to the bustling center of Ipanema. No complaints, would come back in a heartbeat!

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !
