Warning!!!! The streets are unpaved and have no lighting at night. Everything is quite rustic, as we love it and preserve it to be that way. So, if that's your profile, get ready to have a great time :) If you're into parties and noise, I don't think it's the ideal rental.

Home Office space, 240 mega Wi-Fi a few steps from the beach, we are on the left side (more quiet).

Split air-conditioning in all three bedrooms. All 3 bedrooms also have ceiling fans. Maximum number of guests is 6 people. We do not accept pets. Claro fiber cable internet with Wi-Fi!! Great for a home office! New Year's Eve for a minimum of 7 days.
